As a employee in that company, i'd say that for entry level positions you really don't need all this "jargon" to answer their questions. Most of Accenture entry level positions require a well estabilished notion of subjectivity, self awareness, common sense, critical thinking and emotional intelligence. If you go in with these robotic dull answers, you'll give away an impression of someone who decorates text and mimics it. That's not exactly what they're after. While in some questions, a corporate answer is expected, in most you need to show that you're a stable, smart and resilient person. Cheers.

I just had an interview with this company. Tough that I’m just now finding this. I could’ve really used it. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the position. 😏 . I’m kinda low.
Good for Jack Ma, he's still able to count the number of times he got rejected. But for the number of times I got rejected by Accenture, "countless" is an understatement. It was even the first company I applied for when I graduated from college 20 years ago. Up to this day, even if I aleady have a job and doing quite well, I'm still taking my chances to apply again for Accenture. Hopefully, over the years, I am now more than enough to fit in.

Its ok to provide sample question and answer for interviews but I dont think it is right for you to disclose the name of the company as you are breaking the confidentiality of the process. The depth of the question no longer make sense because instead of answering them from the heart, interviewees will be prepared to even answer with a made up story
Stories shouldn't be made up. My answers provide examples of string answers that candidates can make into their own and use their own experience and situations. This is needed as interviewers will ask probing questions 👍
I think I must have derailed my interview with my ADHD superpowers because I've been hired by accenture twice and both times my interviews did not touch on these questions.

Its ok to provide sample question and answer for interviews but I dont think it is right for you to disclose the name of the company as you are breaking the confidentiality of the process. The depth of the question no longer make sense because instead of answering them from the heart, interviewees will be prepared to even answer with a made up story
Stories shouldn't be made up. My answers provide examples of string answers that candidates can make into their own and use their own experience and situations. This is needed as interviewers will ask probing questions 👍

I think I must have derailed my interview with my ADHD superpowers because I've been hired by accenture twice and both times my interviews did not touch on these questions.
