PA should add Vell's Heart Quest the same as the garmoth quest and pity system. how that's not implemented baffles me. I've been trying to preorder some Vell's for quite some time now and the drop is close to impossible. Over 180 preorder and 400 on the heart itself on NA and only like 5-9 gets sold every vell spawns.

Great content, I am on console, my warrior guild mate dropped 2 garmoth heart 3 weeks apart, never did garmoth before dropped on the blue garmoth 2 weeks later dropped on crimson, am sick as a dog, do I report him. I play awak ranger with pen main so am also an f up

blue rly gotta stop pushing so hard for the double Jatina accessories, the silver per AP is just not worth it when he's mentioning it most of the time. especially if the one he's talking about hasn't started working on the 2nd one yet. Getting a tet crescent ring from the market and focusing on other slots are usually a much better way to go about it early on since from tet to pen crescent rings are 6+ (probably over 7 if u need accessories to heat for the Yona frags) bil which makes the upgrade over 2bil per AP, which most of the time u can find cheaper upgrades for. (talking about the people who're early on, haven't rly finished their boss gear fully yet. )
