Just remember where you were a year ago and see how far you have come already!! I like to look at old pictures of myself and it really helps to put things in perspective! You have done amazing and will reach your goal! Never give up and keep pushing because anything is possible when you keep pushing and working hard!! That’s awesome that you are starting to jog, keep it up you will see how running will change your body!! I just ran my Half Marathon 2 weeks ago and it was awesome!! It blows my mind that I've kept the weight off and haven't regained a single pound of the 80 I lost. Alex...thank you for sharing your experience with all of us! So exciting to be training for a marathon.

I was 4 weeks out from my weight loss surgery last Aug 2017 and sitting in a McDonald's parking lot eating my comfort foods of 2 McDoubles, 2 McChickens, fries and drink...I watched one of Alex's videos and was drawn to him. Since the day of my surgery Alex has walked with me, comforted, encouraged, and challenged me. He's never failed to share honestly with any question I've had....whether it was about pooping (don't judge.... the bariatric belly is a beast!) or vitamins and a million others in between.... please use his videos to assist you in your journey!

Great job. I had surgery with DR. Bovard also. I’m down to 183lbs so far. I’m starting to jog hoping one day I can do 3k run.
