Duncan is from my home town 'Hellevoetsluis' in the Netherlands. He won Eurovision as representative for the Netherlands in 2019. That's why this year it was organised in Rotterdam. So now he was supposed to do a guest act at the evening of the finals but then he was tested... And yes he had a positive result. So now they used footage shot earlier of him practicing for the finals. He had waited 2 years to be on the Eurovision stage again after winning and bringing it home to his own country so that sucked big time. Now, another great interval act that same evening was of glennis grace with artists wulf and afrojack. You should look it up, i think you will like it 👍
Blocked in a mind failing to comprehend how I can find word to explain a feeling I have no name for. So perfectly beautiful, ne matter how I look at it. A little bit of heaven on earth? Perhaps?
The first time I heard this song I was blown away but it was performed by 14 year old Daneliya Tuleshova which has also performed on Eurovision she said she loved Duncan's song and wanted to cover it. Check her out she is exploding right now, she has over 1 million subs. Thanks for the great reaction to Duncan.
Duncan Laurence (well pronounced) you apreciated him.💖 On May 19, 2021, Duncan heard from Edsilia Rombley (one of the presenters at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021) that his 'Arcade' is worldwide platinum and has more than 1 billion streams! Is the song "Stars" following the same path? Hope so. I live for Eurovision it’s amazing most European country’s can qualify and the top 6 biggest funders automatically qualify and Cyprus Malta and Australia are in it too a lot though they aren’t in europe
He did two songs. A part of Arcade and a full song ‘Stars’. He won the contest in 2019 with Arcade. Thanks for reacting. Stars is so beautiful 🤩
