Standing Seam Roof Anchor - opinion

It’s wonderful to use fall protection and I appreciate manufacturer’s efforts to help folks who work on standing seam metal roofs. Although the anchors I’ve seen may be decent, the roof system is the problem. If you want to work safely on all types of standing seam roofs in the USA at this time (2022), you will need to become good with setting up rope only anchor systems.
Problems with standing seam anchor systems include:
Many types of profiles.
Anchor/roof system cannot handle minimal side loads without either damaging the roof, of failing.
How do you know exactly what is holding the roof panels down, since the fasteners are hidden?
How tightly do you clamp the anchor and how do you measure that?
How do you inspire the workers to use these anchors safely?
