This brought up the memory of my mother wrapping my dad's sandwiches in waxed paper. I guess at the time I thought it was because we were poor.I can't do sudoku. I don't like numbers and they don't like me!!Thanks for sharing.The two of you never fail to put a smile on my face.❤

Hi Shelby and Bill, Bill always makes me laugh. I love flavored licorice, but never liked the black ones. I love to decorate for Holidays too even though my Hubby and Daughter don't care one way or the other. My 3 kids never helped me decorate not even the Christmas tree. They thought it was borning. I do it all by myself. Love tuna I could eat it everyday, but I have to watch my sodium too. I had a heart attact, during covid. I will be 75 in Oct. Great haul, Love from Fl.😍

Shelby your face says it all about those licorice candies. 😂😂😂😂😂 I hated those caramel cream candies as a child. I would eat the center and throw away the caramel part. As an adult, I love them. Go figure. I’m Team Bill for the Ambrosia Salad. I use cool whip.So delicious 😋. My kids are always checking the expiration dates in my pantry when they visit. Lol. Bill I’m on a low sodium diet too. Hey Shelby I’m in Upstate Ny this week. I thought it was gonna be cooler than Maryland. Nope, all week in the 90’s here too.

Bill I feel the same way about Soduko. It gives me a headache and I can never do it right. Not a fun activity for me. I love ambrosia though. It is easy to make too just basically dump your ingredients in and mix. My Sponge Bob toothbrush gave up after 3 months but I googled what kind of battery it takes-double A. Use a tiny Phillips head screwdiver and remove the screw in the bottom and insert a new battery and put back together and it runs just fine.
And I always think the new battery gives it a little extra zest you didn't even know you we're missing lol
I do a smorgasbord for my small girls. They eat every bit of 3/4 dishes plus raw baby carrots.
We do spoil our babies don't we ❤️❤️
Occasionally I find some no-salt added tuna at Dollar Tree. Not often, but when I see it I grab a few because my husband has to watch his sodium intake.
I am not a fan of the heat down here in FL. A few days ago it was the mid-90s and the real feel of 100, but I saw some people wearing hoodies.
Oh I sure hope to find that! A hoodie yikes..I can do long sleeves to keep the burning sun off me but it needs to be light fabric

Just for your information,most black licorice candy is actually anise flavoring.
I'm not a fan of anise flavor in any foods myself. Bill likes it though.

Have to say it one of our long time favorites
For a while, the modern pantry had chocolate milk, my family really liked it. I haven't seen it for about a year now. I definitely need to get paper plates, we don't have a dishwasher so I'm the one washing the dishes. I like to decorate , you get to change the scenery. My family really likes lights, so we try to put up lights for every holiday and season.
Lights are such a nice way I feel to make a good impact without having to go crazy with stuff

I get my tuna in water in the pouches at Aldi...79 cents...they have other flavors too ..I love my sandwiches wrapped in wax paper (I think it's the technique of wrapping and it looks like it comes from an old fashioned deli!) Hi Shelby and Bill, I make ambrosia all the time,my Moms recipe,Mini marshmellows,shredded coconut,Mini orge slices from cans ,Sour cream( a must) ,( you can't taste it) then add chopped walnuts ,Soo good between the juice from the oranges and the sweetness from the coconut, it blends together and is super delicious. ( some people also add pinapple also)

Be careful using the air fryer liners mine caught on fire around the edge now I cut the liner edges down some so it’s not so close to the element
Glad you didn't have a disaster. So far I've been using for a couple of months with no issues but my basket is also super deep.so the liners only go up the sides 1/4 to 1/3 of way tops

My DT doesn't have the air fryer liners...if it did I'd buy them...I've used parchment like you, and don't have any burning issues......LOL...Bill is really full of himself tonight, so funny!..I agree, the decorations add to the fun, even if it's just for two..Me too, that's my wax paper..when I was a kid it was wax paper, then waxed paper bags..I think they're still around but not easy to find. That was fun!
My work used to get the waxed paper bags at some restaurant supply place and I loved them..forgot about those..thanks for the memory. Bill is extra for sure. 😄
