You made a wrong statement and I would like to correct it. Scania is not the one who introduces the Tag Axile (Rear-wheel steering) technology. Volvo has been introduced this technology on its 9400PX and later on 9400,9700 range of series with 14 plus meter segments. Later Scania has come up with the same (Not only Scania, Mercedes Setra/Viking/shd2436 coaches, ADL. And the saddest part is Scania left the country and stop it's in house production :(
