I know you very much, you reacted to BTS by just albums only & became a fan just by that, while most people think BTS attracts people by their performance, personality & looks.
But honestly their discography & story is enough to become a fan. I am a TS fan before I became an Army by timeline, I just couldn't believed I missed on BTS, their pen game is on par with TS. Both peak artists just different categories.

He has no ill intent & wasn't doing it deliberately, let them have their shine, I know & I'm confident Jin will capture him when the time comes, especially in his solos so there's no need to be insecure, I don't want reactors to have pressure having to unnecessarily compliment all members each time out of fear.
I want everything genuine.
If you really resonate with emotional performances and the artist's connection with the song - I STRONGLY recommend Suga's live performance of his song "Dear My Friend" from his tour last year, at the final concert, in Seoul...He wrote the song years ago as a letter to his best friend growing up, about how they ended up going down such different paths despite how closely twined they used to be, and Suga's anger, sorrow, and regret about it

I’ve seen some great artists live, including Michael Jackson and U2. BTS is the BEST live performance I’ve experienced. It does not get better than BTS. They leave it ALL on the stage for Army and leave no crumbs. The genuinely love what they do and the love to perform for Army and it shows.
Wow, even in comparison with MJ? That is so impressive! Wish I could experience it myself some day.
BTS concert is a 2+ hours of happiness. You'll forget all your trouble and sadness for 2+ hours.
I have been very fortunate to have seen them many times (London/Paris/Hong Kong/San Fransisco/New York). As a 60 year old I have had the opportunity to see some of the great performers like Queen, Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen etc. They were all amazing ...but Bangtan put them all into the shade. They are truly amazing. They do acts (where they dance), whole group songs where they run around, rap line songs, vocal line songs and individual performances. It constantly changes so you are always surprised.💜
I have been so fortunate to see BTS live in Vegas and FRONT ROW!! They are SO AMAZING live! There vocals are so beautiful and on point. Their concerts are so full of energy and emotion.
I was emotional just seeing them. As an Army member, it’s the best thing ever to see them live! BTS FOREVER, ARMY FOREVER! 🫰🏼💜

I personally think one of their best live performances ever is of their song "Film Out" it's a Japanese song and the live performance of that song on CDTV or Music Blood are the best versions, both are uploaded on their channel BANGTANTV.

@@fandapi8104 Yeah "Your eyes tell" the Fuji tv version is the best one. That song is so high, the almost the whole song is head voice and falsetto for the vocal line.

Attending BTS's concert at Wembley Stadium will forever be one of my most precious memories. Yes, this song is so amazing live! If you like this performance, I strongly recommend watching Jin singing Epiphany live - hearing him and thousands of ARMY singing "I'm the one I should love" is something out of this world. Other songs that are somehow even better live are Outro: Tear, Run, and Idol 💜
For those who don't know
💜The Truth Untold - this is how they conceptualised the song: They created a very old and sad story called, 'La Città di Smeraldo' that takes place in a small town in Italy ( in the 16th Century -1500's).
The story's about an 'ugly' man who hid in an old castle alone, even though he was a gentle good person, because of his looks he received lots of hate & cruelty while growing up. He never opened his heart to anyone. Eventually if anyone tried to approach him, he covered his deformed face with a mask and hid in fear, ...So he became bitter and angry. His one happiness in life was to plant beautiful flowers in his walled off garden.
One night a woman appeared near the man's castle. She jumped over the garden fence and stole a flower. This angered the man at first. So he watched his garden all night. But when he fell asleep, the woman took another flower. This continued for several nights. The man pretended to be asleep and watched the woman steal a flower. He started becoming curious about the woman. He began waiting for her. Without realizing he started waiting for her to come and each day began to seem a little brighter.
Following after her one day he realized that she was selling the flowers that she stole from him to try to make a living. The man falling in love so desperately wanted to help the woman. But he was afraid she would be terrified by the way he looks if he approached her. He 'knew' she would never be able love his 'grotesque' appearance. He came to a conclusion that the only way he would be able to help her is to keep himself hidden and let her continue stealing flowers from his garden. The man decided to make a flower that doesn't exist on the planet. So that the woman could sell them at a expensive price. He began to create the flower in his castle.
After many unsuccessful attempts, the man created the most beautiful of all flowers (The Smeraldo Flower) and filled his garden with these beautiful flowers. But the woman stopped coming. No matter how long he waited she never came back to his garden. He eventually found out that the woman had starved to death before he could give her the flower that would have saved her. If only he had been brave enough to approach her😭
The smeraldo flower plays a part in the Bangtan Universe storyline, and you will see it in various MVs.
The Smeraldo flower symbolizes the sincerity that could not be delivered.
The moral of the story, as interpreted by BTS, is that people are entrapped in the depths of misery and darkness due to a lack of self-love and confidence. The protagonist would have probably felt much better, had he talked to her and confronted his fears and insecurities. In addition, another aspect is the way people are affected by childhood trauma and dysfunctional families. The man was highly affected by his childhood trauma caused by nasty comments made by people.

OMG! I never knew the meaning behind this song. It's extremely beautiful and emotional. I can truly related to this man and the poor woman. I'm 65yo been traumatize my entire life by others bullying and every kind of abuse. We all need to be kinder to each other and accept people for who they are. NO ONE IS PERFECT! I remember when I finally became an ARMY in 2016 (i was just a casual listener before then) we had a saying: BTS sounds way better live than in recorded version
And over the years somehow they got even better live
So yeah BTS have always been known as a group that is just waaay better live than recorded
I've seen them perform this song live in June of 2019 during the Love Yourself Speak Yourself tour at MetLife Stadium in NJ and this song in particular was spellbinding and had goosebumps all over me for the entire song. They are once in a lifetime performers and artists and we are all blessed to be their fans.

Oh my god their concerts are the best I'm 59 years old and I've been to a lot of concerts in my life rock concerts you name it pop the these boys have my heart And they are Excellent performer
Yes! I was at this concert💜 they are amazing in concert. Full 2.5-3hr show with just BtS, no opening act or anything. They end the concert with the same emotion and energy they start with, they talk to ARMY, it’s a perfect mix of about 3/4 perfect choreo, intense performance and 1/4 just chaos and them having fun. I’m 47 and have seen quite a few artists live. BTS was my favorite by far. And the energy of ARMY as well, there’s nothing like it💜

This was from their 2019 Love Yourself world tour, which was the most incredible tour. This song was followed be the rapline's Outro: Tear. Hearing the first note of Tear after this performance made ARMYs go crazy. I can't even try to describe the emotions we went through...

In terms of emotionally hitting live performances I would highly highly recommend their born singer live. esp Suga and RM's verses on that song. You can feel how deeply they're in those emotions as they perform and its insane to watch.

I have been to 2 concerts and they are so unbelievably fantastic, this was from one of their concerts, I saw them perform it live & the crowd does actually get a little bit quiet because we are singing it along with them💜

Seeing them live is like nothing youve ever seen. I am older ARMY, ive been going to concerts since i was 16, so many, many years, and ive never seen anything that compares.
65,000 people and it feels like you are seen and appreciated by every member.
I have been to many Bts concerts from 2013 till 2022 ita been a journey for sure. Their live concerts are absolutely incredible and they have fun with Army as well as having fun together lol

So that he isn’t mislead (not purposely), JK does do most of the harmony/adlibs, but B does the first one.
hey Michael i don't know if you already know about this but V used to do lives 'tae tae fm' where he used to stream songs with army that he liked.One of the songs he recommended and played was ' fOol fOr YoU' by Zayn .I just thought id share this because i was excited myself when i found out about this.
No. It doesn’t get better. I’ve been to 2 BTS concerts and they were like the funnest parties you’ve ever been to with 40,000 of your closest friends (although you’ve never met before, if you’re both ARMY then you’re automatically friends) BTS, dances for probably 2/3 of the 3 hour concert, breaking it up with songs like this where they can hold still and rest for a moment, segments where they just come out and talk with the audience, and quick costume changes where they show prerecorded videos. I heard that they have to take oxygen back stage in order to do the intense choreography for that long. Plus there is pyrotechnics, fireworks, confetti, and the light show put on by the ARMY bombs. Depending on the concert there might also be drones and holograms. Unfortunately these concerts are very addictive. If you go to one you can hardly wait to do it again.
I hope you consider watching a full concert 💜 it’s an emotional roller coaster! I would recommend their Busan concert.
im a lucky army and saw this performance live :0 it was back in 2018 and i still cant believe i had the privilege of experiencing one of their concert, and those specific songs, too :0 it was definitely in my top 3 best concert experiences (kendrick is number 1 and kaytranada my number 3) and i hope it can happen to me a few more times at least! im still mad agust d tour didnt come to canada :( im sure that mustve been a crazy concert to attend. my experience with that specific concert i went to was incredible, the energy, the hype and the magic they can create on stage is out of this world. they all have a specific role when performing and it creates such a beautiful synergy, it's insane to see. thanks for the reaction, i love live performance reactions, since bts are so amazing on stage.

They are starting the song with their voices going from the lowest to the highest. V is a baritone, JK is a tenor, Jin is a light tenor and Jimin is a countertenor. Jimin's vocal tone is the rarest in music, but Jin's pretty rare as well. Besides that, all of them have some of the widest vocal ranges in the music industry.
PS. When you've said about Jimin that "he's about to jump into the falsetto", that wasn't even his falsetto, LOL😂. It's so rare to find a reactor who can identify a falsetto properly... It's not just a high tone, it's much more specific than that.

@@mlynlim5337he didn’t not appreciate Jin. He actually even complimented him. He just wasn’t sure it was him until he heard Jimin’s part. There really is no reason for Jin biases to always be so defensive for him. He is an amazing talent just as the others are and he gets lots of attention and praise.
With their voice control especially while doing that awesome choreography from the first day as a trainer is they had to sing while running on a treadmill didn’t matter what song as long as they were singing.

So, Jungkook is the main vocalist and does many of the support vocals on the tracks and in the lives. They are all amazing performances, and yes they have many other great performances. Great reaction.

My favorite BTS live performances are: the 2019 MMA awards (obviously. That’s every ARMY’s favorite live performance), Outro: Tear live at Wembly with English Subtitles, Magic Shop live at the Tokyo dome with English subtitles, Pied Piper live with English Subtitles, Any of the live performances of Anpanman where they have the bounce house inflatable playground, 2018 MMA awards, 2020 MMA (Mèlon Music Award), and their Grammy performance of Butter (although that one will probably get blocked.)

No, for me it doesn't get better than BTS in terms of concerts. You get songs where you feel like you're going to cry, then whole segments where you're partying your ass off, then comes back and is sentimental, then you see them goof around with each other on stage. You really just get everything you could ever want.

As someone who loves BTS and Korean music in general I think you will find if you explore other genres of Korean pop that the emotional connection of the artist to the song and the artist to the audience is considered extremely important--the emotional storytelling that BTS give.
I’ve been lucky enough to see them live 5 times live 5 times since 2017. They’re this good irl. And yes that was during their Love Yourself tour.
The stanky face during the whole video tells me you really enjoyed their vocals 😂 Thanks for reacting to BTS, we love it ! You did well by starting to watch them live as it really showcases the emotion and their vocals even better than in the studio versions. I'm not sure how old this reaction is... but if you still have trouble recognising the members then I would recommend watching some of the guides to BTS Members (start with Guide to the Bangtan 7 by Taylor) or their other content like Bon Voyage, In the Soop and RunBTS as it will help you to recognise the members much more easily by becoming more familiar with their individual personalities...
JK has always tried to sound like JM, if you question me go back seven or eight years and check out their old videos and see what JK was doing. JK himself stated he was like a sponge observing Jimin and that he will always be watching him. [I believe what JK said, he’s always watching JM]. If JM mention something or a person he likes, JK jumps right on it (smile)meeting the people JM mention, when a radio station ask who was the Usher fan Namjoon said JM. JK’s first album was with Usher, just one of many examples of his obsession to compete with Jimin. But it’s Jimin’s fault letting the cat out of the bag around JK. It’s an obsession that dates way back admiring and being jealous because he was a small talented guy unable to harness the attention JM was receiving, he once said his skin was to precious for tattoos until on stage he was eyeing JM’s under his shirt. lifting weights because of JM showing off his abs. Some without knowing what JM went through hate him because they think he’s a showoff. JM loves the stage and performing during Hybe’s lean years and thinking of disbanding created a lot of stress on all the BTS members. But it was doing that time Park Jimin both an “Alpha & Omega” became explosive on stage for the love of BTS’s survival. So haters find something else to be jealous to hate, JM is one of the most warmest sincere of all the BTS members they all can’t be wrong about our precious Jimin. Nobody I have ever heard can compete with Park Jimin’s angelic high’s and low’s. According to Namjoon JM dominated the stage back then whether they were there or not, he stated their team got a lot of attention because JM raised the level for all of K-pop. Because of JM’s popularity Hybe’s operating profit increased by 41.5% to 52.5% bin won JM was highlighted as one of the main contributors. It’s why JM’s open minded beautiful fans love him for who he is and not asinine to believe the hype of others that are praised. JM’s haters believe they can spot the moral sincere ones because if they blurt out without anybody asking them that “I’m A Good Boy” that’s all the affirmation they need. I believe those that live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.
I do really enjoy your reactions, and i think you would enjoy watching a compilation of BTS’s high notes and vocals and I do also recommend fan made videos of bts if you want to know their personalities and I do believe that it will help with names ( that’s the way I learn them ) I’m not a native speaker so ….. hhh sorry for my English

concerts and award shows are the same to them. But this is a concert. And BTS are always better live. I've seen them in concert twice, and I have money saved for their comeback in 2025/26.

That's what I love about BTS like the time when jimin couldn't I don't know what happened he just couldn't sing his part I don't forgot which song it was and JK covered for him they cover for each other they protect each other they love each other And it's just so amazing
