Yes, I had a great-granddaughter for a sleepover last night. This morning we ate blueberries, yogurt, and brown rice. Then we "painted." She usually hits the floor chanting can we paint, can we paint. She beams when I call her a little goddess. She is 4, a Leo named Sol who seems to have a super strong sense of herself; she is always smiling & is often the first to say, when one of us is sad, it gonna be OK. We started the day watching you paint. Again, I am so grateful ...

Today I laid on the ground in the woods and looked up at the sun shining on the pine needles and watched the finches flit about from branch to branch.
It was a cold day, and I loved floating through our solar system while lying on the earth.
I have so many things to do and I just want to rest.
I love when Gasper tells me to rest. To take care of myself. Taking care of myself requires constant intentional living. So many distractions and beliefs about what I should be doing

I actually found a pair of goldfinch feathers in my lawn their considered a symbol if good luck prosperity many many good things. Also an ocean things swirling in the dark depth going up higher and higher the water becoming clearer and just reaching into the brightness.
