You just came across my feed. Those eggs looks good. You should try the grassfed butter in the green wrapper at Aldi, great in coffee. Have your coffee . Im so glad to see other Kweens learning this way of eating.
Hi Cherell! I just happened across your channel in my feed. I have done Carnivore for 3 years but the last 10 months i was off the wagon.. i was with my children and grandkids so i couldn't eat the way i wanted to.. (seriously). I came back home and now i'm back on the wagon and I'm so happy to be, now for 14 days. I'm up for church this morning and literally just fnished my breakfast of exactly what you just had, 4 eggs/4 bacon. I normally dont eat breakfast, but i did notice when i was on carnivore before i stalled.. and i know its because i didn't eat enough. I ate OMAD. I felt good and i did drop weight. But I did need to eat and eat some more fat. 100+ years ago we didn't have the processed foods and factories we have today. Women were in the home working and raising children. But when the automative age of the 1900's and the technology age of the 80s came, BOOM, there was the new fad of women getting out to compete with men and also, the world finance shifted so now we 'need' a dual income. So thus was born the processed foods of sugars and poisons. I have managed to get my twin sis on the wagon and now a few ladies from church and the weighloss is great but the mental focus and clarity is a whole praise of its own. Fruits and veggies will have you coming back eating 7-8 times a day and don't provide the nutrients that meat and fats can. We have been lied to for generations, as i raised my kids the same way. Except you know, come to think of it, i never made my kids eat veggies. I made them taste ONCE. I never forced them. So we didn't eat a whole lot of veggies.. but now i did make a lot of rice and potatoes for them. and any vegetables i did make, was loaded down with bacon, pork fat, seasonings, butter, you name it. LOL. Anyhoo.. ill stop rambling now. Wanted to say Hellur and that i'm a new sub. Have you checked out Dr. Ken Berry? there are quite a few fantastic people i follow and im sure you do too.. but i can give you a few peeps to add to your list if you'd like.
