- What started as running a seed that gives all 5 legendary jokers turned into a Legendary Lucky Cat run. This is a run that I had been wanting to do for a while and I'm glad I deviated from the original path to explore what this seed had to offer. Running this seed on Plasma deck makes for some insane scores as well. Shoutout to Rick from the Balatro discord for finding this seed and guiding me through the initial setup on the first few runs! We may not have gotten all traditional legendary jokers, but I think Lucky Cat became legendary in it's own right.

something about four fingers + shortcut that basically becomes "pick four on-suit cards and get a straight flush" and i really appreciate that

Might be plain, but imo one can never go wrong with perkeo. Negative consumables is such a flexible ability that allows for multiple different ways to take advantage of it (cryptid duping for score, planet duping for observatory, tarot duping to do the infinite tarot setup, etc.)
perkeo is goated. Its the only way (as far as im aware) to naneinf and youre right those negative consumables are insanely powerful. Especially with duping temperance with a full joker lineup is basically infinite money. I don't get her much but the runs i do are always fun.

Had a run the other day that had double Blueprint, Mime, Perkeo, and a Steel Joker that hit 1.786e62 when I finally blew my load of Cryptid cards I had in hand, creating about 70 steel 7's with Red Seals on them. Perkeo will forever be the GOAT in my eyes. Long live infinite value generators.
Perkeo dont miss with that cryptid dupe. When i did naneinf (vid i dropped friday), I had steel joker hit over 70x, it was nutty. Perkeo so strong and the best way to break the game.
I was written ALL OVER this seed. Glad to have helped out! Didn’t expect it to go the way it did, but with the beta update, Yorick might be worth it this time around!

The only 2 ways that this run could possibly gone further was to take ectoplasm and also sell perkeo in the late game since he is not a score joker, that would allow to get the 3° invis joker and copy something else.
Would have a +1 slot and another score joker.
Thought this was recent run not on youtube... until 28:00 when my question popped up. lol
Also gotta love that canio just peeking in the thumbnail. Maybe he just hid in that corner and appeared multiple times this run?
LOL it was from a while ago i just hadnt put it up yet becaue it was long. It was originally like 2.5 hrs so the edit took me forever.
And yea i think the cat should replace canio, much better suited for a legendary imo LOL.

I could do seeded, but I still have a lot of stuff to unlock I think. Also just the possible chance of making it big on a random seed sounds fun, even if I’ve never gotten to the “e’s”

honestly my favorite legendary has got to be perkeo, and only because i have been on a GRIND trying to get a naneinf/gigasore run unseeded and perkeo/king high cards go so hard
yoooooooo unseeded naneinf is an achievement and a half! I've only done it seeded just so i can say I did it and had a feeling the patch may affect how things played. Fortunately for that setup it didnt get nerfed at all. Let me know whenever you get it unseeded! naneinf is such a grind and doing it unseeded is awesome!

Any reason the seed isn't posted in the description? I hate when I see people playing seeded runs and not posting them.
I typically have them in the beginning of the video but this one got cut by accident. But every seed is always at the end of ante 8 before endless and at the video of every seeded run I do. I'm not trying to hide or obscure it. Just forgot to have it in the beginning of the video.
The seed is 11135IT7. I have it memorized.

@@murphyobv Yea i got an oops all 6's really early with triboulet, and the rest of the game was just playing redseal lucky queens with a lot of retrigger jokers.
Also made sure not to win instantly but to scale the lucky cat as much as possible

The two glasses you didn't want to break at the same time are why I hate glass cards. I know they're good, but it's steel and polychrome for me. I hate glass too much.
Yeah and apparently glass breaking is seeded to so that would have happened regardless. I definitely shouldn't have played both tho. But give me a polychrome lucky card with a red seal anyday. Glass has its merits but unless you got DNA it's such a hassle to recover them.
Yeah even I have run glass with a DNA card. I might hate the things but I know they're useful in that scenario, and others.

Oh weird! I'm not sure then. Maybe invisible joker isnt a seeded dupe and its true random? I thought maybe invis was a set dupe every time if you dont remove jokers to guarantee it hits what you want. Tbh id take that double perkeo over canio LOL
