I wasn't going to cover this song...until I did. I made it quite quickly so it's not my best, but I also don't think it's my worst, so that's a win I think! I made a simple MV to make up for the tuning in the second chorus hahah.

*胸を抉って refers to 胸を抉る, "mune wo eguru," which is a set phrase that literally translates to "hollow/gouge out one's chest" but seems to have a meaning more along the lines of something heart-wrenching, gut-wrenching, something that's so emotionally intense or painful it makes your chest hurt or feel hollow. "Gouge out/hollow out my chest" is the literal translation of 胸を抉って, but I thought that English translation lost the emotional meaning of it. Therefore, I took the "gut-wrenching" meaning of 胸を抉る and translated it into 胸を抉って as "Wrench my gut."

I think the way that you make rukos voice like, idrk how to explain it but it’s like it changes to the whisper and power and other voice banks suddenly and it makes a really cool effect! And theres like a weird robotic effect. I haven’t used utau very much so I’m not really sure how to describe things but I always love your covers! Would it be ok to post like some art or an amv using your covers if I ever get the motivation to make one? Lmao
