This song has always deeply resonated with me, especially with what happened to me on March 7, 2024. Listening to Pigeon’s cover and reading the ending’s lyrics, it hit REALLY hard. When I made the instrumental for this, I NEEDED to make something perfect, or I felt as though I’d regret it for years. I have made multiple iterations of the instrumental, the first being one from May 2024 and one of the first things I made (and it was frankly garbage, so I deleted it), but this is my final (and best) version. My first time hearing Ruko was on one of Pigeon’s covers, and if it weren’t for them, I don’t know where I’d be now.
