There is a Nonesuch CD recording of this that includes a booklet containing a good introductory article about the piece, a synopsis, and the whole libretto. Looks like it is available online here and there for a reasonable price. I was fortunate enough to find it in a used music shop.

i dont know about actual the script but there is a book issued by Dis Voir in 1993 with Greenaway's description of the piece, its called Rosa.
