I like the Hero helmet more than the stunt. The bubble lenses make them look amazing. I know: the sight is getting a little blurry but i like it anyway.

I'm with the complete different opinion. Stunt looks best with the teeth :)

Aw, thanks Jimmy. Really glad there’s some helpful bits in there.
Don’t be too nervous about the helmet. Just take your time and ask questions in the RWA group if you’re in doubt. :-)

Armor problem is Thermoformed plastic manufacturing process (why ? because low manufacturing cost for the film, the comfort of wearing it is after...poor extras actors inside during movie they suffered !), the pieces are very thin and cause pain with pinching of the skin at the joints, the solution ? no more thermoformed manufacturing ! but in injected ABS, or you can leave thicknesses of material near each joint (arms and legs) and also be able to shorten (while keeping the internal bead) and adapt the ends of each piece to each bodies, thanks to this surplus of material (which is not heavier than a thermo armor) here is the solution friends, this ABS version seems not to exist yet today...I'm coming....

All very interesting, with some useful 'hovi' tips...'cough!' - now as a ESB fan, how about doing the same for fans of that bucket? ...and dare I say it...RotJ good vid, keep em coming 👍

      Haha. Love the pun!! :-)
I’ll have a think about ESB, although ANH is certainly my wheel house. I’ll see what I can do. :-)
Thanks for the Kudos. Glad you’re enjoying the content. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Congratulations, your video is amazing as i'm about to do my own replica. Which STL file do you recomend to 3DPrint your own ?

      Hi Sebastien,
Thanks for your kind comment. :-)
Regarding 3D printing, it’s not really possible for A New Hope of original trilogy characters. As the original movies featured hand sculpted props, it’s very hard to get an accurate 3D print.
For 3D printed, I’d look more at Rogue One or the sequel trilogy. 👍🏻
