I live down the street from South Coast Plaza and went into the Tudor Boutique I almost pulled the trigger on the black bay 58 bronze but I went home to think about it and ended up buying one in eBay from Japan for 3300.00 dollars.

It did when I took it off and didn’t wear it for a few weeks. I was able to rub it all off with cotton (used my shirt). When I continue to wear it in rotation like now (wear it every 3rd day), it doesn’t seem to accumulate tarnish.

Hopefully you have the warranty. I won’t buy any Tudors without a warranty. Too many movement issues.

Does the silver one get dark like regular silver jewelry or is it a special alloy that would prevent oxidation?

I love it. It’s my favorite piece at the moment. Highly recommend it if you were considering.
