Yes I had the same issue, had to create a new huawei cloud ID with the same region as the country selected on health sync. Only then did it sync properly. Its a bummer as you loose a lot of data if from your existing account of the region does not match.

@@christophedogerdespeville1677 my data was not syncing first as well and I realised my huawei cloud ID was from a different region. I think the regions have to match for the sync to work. Also make sure you have selected "link huawei health kit" in the privacy settings in the huawei health app. Good luck.

As I see it you need an Active Huawei phone so that you can activate the sync? What happens if you dont have a Huawei phone to receive the activation code?
It's not necessary I just have one and if it's available it will send code to active phone. If not available code will be sent via sms or email as I said in video.
@@SystemHacks 8:25 about the permissions... my device also receive the same ...Those many permissions. We can check it on privacy management on huaweihealth, and there are eleven permissions have been enabled.🤷

How about tell people that this apps is a trial version and if you want to continue using it, you have to pay for it. Its not about the amount, but the fact that million others give you strava sync as standard is a definitive reason why I'm never buying watch from huawei again. Guys just stay away from honor or huawei watches, there are plenty other options and they dont bully you into buying apps that are third party and what not.

Check permissions, reinstall and try again if still not working then sorry, for some devices syncing map is not working.

Yes, for some phones it doesn't work, don't know the reason.
TIP: do not select any Europe countries or the US. The Huawei is banned there, so I selected Bolivia, and I'm fine.
