Reds were in transit, probably to/from Valley - Circus lads in the back. Did this trip a few times when I was Red Arrows Circus engineer back in the 90's
Thanks, it was our first time up that side (normally would go up the Pen Yr Ole Wen side) - we weren't 100% sure where to go so ended up high by mistake it worked out in the end. Hopefully you get them landlocked next time!
@@michaelhughesphoto Thanks for the reply. So many great recordings are spoiled by wind noise. It would be great to have a bespoke device to fit on a mobile phone as well as more advanced 'proper' cameras. At the end of the day, improvising with some thin foam rubber sheet and a little tape might be worth a go. Amazing what some experimentation and improvisation will achieve! So good to catch the Reds routing through there. Good luck with the next film! 👍🏻☺️
Absolutely great photography, well done.
they look amazing the best in the business Red Arrows
Formation flying through LFA7. Superb!
Wonderful. Thanks for posting.

Always liked the look of the Gnat, but the T1a still looks the business!
I was just below you on Sharksfin on a last minute decision. At least you had them landlocked 🙂

Did they manage to get all of them out the pub🤷♂️
Excellent!! (Treat yourself to a wind filter! 😁)
Thanks! Yeah the wind picked up right as they appeared, I'll definitely have to work something out because it's always windy up in the hills!

Is that a Canon shutter?
Yes it's an R7, the shutter can be quite loud!
