mRNA vaccines for COVID-19 simply trigger you body to produce a harmless protein that is part of the virus itself. That way your immune system learns to recognize this protein and produce antibodies to fight it. That way, when the actual virus invades your body, you body recognizes the protein and has the tools (antibodies) to destroy it. mRNA vaccines has been studied for decades. They aren’t new. They are safe. COVID-19 is highly contagious. Everyone was going to be exposed eventually. Much better to be exposed to the harmless protein first than get the full blown virus.

You fail because of your rules, not your exceptions.
Gee. It's almost like weight loss is a game of will power and good vs poor choices... also, red meat will help you much better than chicken and fish. Lamb, buffalo, beef etc
My Dr ignored my request for metformin and pushed this drug among others for my pre-diabetes. I read about what the drugs do and decided I can achieve the same results by limiting carbs. While also taking Hyzaar for blood pressure
Ozemic is used in medicine for more than weight loss. It was only FDA approved a few year ago for weight loss in obese patients. It’s used in endocrine and cardiology. That being said, I used it for weight loss while seeing a registered dietitian and medical provider and lost weight when I hit a plateau in my weight loss journey. I stopped because I got pregnant. ( I also noticed hair shedding but I am not certain it was due to the injection). I had to still diet and exercise to see any significant results of the medication.
The problem with all these clueless nobodies on panels/podcasts trying to talk about it is that the majority of them have never been obese.
