I made this quilt entirely from my stash 2 years ago. I displayed it on a wall and told my grandson it's an "eye spy" quilt. I had used all kinds of prints including seasonal and holiday fabrics and we still have fun challenging each other to find little hidden pictures. It was so much fun to make that I kept the extra blocks and cut a few more from time to time to make another one some day. I'm currently using the smaller template to make a Halloween table runner. Hope to finish it this weekend! Thanks for a fun and easy project!
This is a very pretty quilt. I think it would be great for quilt guilds to share how to use the specialty rulers and for beginners learning how to quilt. I love waking up to you on Friday mornings!! You are such a inspiration and a shining example of a woman of faith
This quilt is reminiscent of a Crazy Quilt! I can picture it done in different fabrics and embellished with embroidery stitching around each seam!! Gorgeous!!
This would make a wonderful scrappy quilt if you don’t have layer cakes. Thank you Jenny for this tutorial. I bought the templates but wasn’t sure how to use them. 🌸🩷🩷🩷🌸
@@annablock8037 very much so! It just glides across fabric. Very different feel. And same price as other brands of cutters. I waited for free shipping day on the daily deal. lol
Jenny! I just watched the same quilt tutorial you did with the Grinch Christmas fabric about 10 yrs ago ! So nice and kids love the tumblers. I love Kaffe’s fabrics and I’ve done 4 quilts with his prints. I’m just trying to decide what pattern to use for the Parakeet prints. Hmmmmm…… Regards, Carla from Cobourg
She's got her initials on her templates in Sharpie like my family always did with Tupperware, coolers, casserole dishes, etc. Too cute!
I noticed that, too!

Nice quilt; thinking I should be able to handle it.
Love tumbler quilts! ❤
This is an old Fons & Porter design published years ago. Having templates does make it a bit easier to do.
When less is definitely more ! Wow ! Great colours !

Love this quilt!! I'm a beginning quilter.
