I moved down here with my husband 3 years ago from mass and know how debilitating this heat can be! We work in construction and would be willing to install the individual ac units for anyone who is unable to do it themselves! Or maybe someone could even start a go fund me to buy units for them! We take care of my husband's elderly parents so we know how difficult things would be for them if we weren't here to help them so we have a soft spot in our hearts for the elderly in those apartments that either can't afford an ac or just unable to install it!
The investors are dirtbags, however, when you buy a condo, you are a homeowner, and liable for all of the property maintenance proportional to the number of homeowners.
