Have you twisted the hand piece to release the bit, then once you have put your new bit in, then you need to twist it again to the lock position.

I have mine recently so I used today for a wile but now said battery is low so I put the cable to charge and still not charging , somebody can tell me if is only mine or what is happening ?

I'm sorry that you are having an issue with charging your efile. Have you tried a different charger, to determine if it's the charger or the efile? I suggest sending a message to the supplier you purchased it from. Hopefully, they can resolve the issue for you 💜

This drill is terrible I thought it was good at first but it hasn’t been a whole 5 months and it’s not working

I'm sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with this drill. Can you contact the seller?
I purchased mine from amazon, and for personal use, I haven't had any issues with it so far. I may be wrong with other sellers, but maybe producing replicas, which is causing the drills to break so quickly, like from Shien or Temu.
