Wrong. 54 and 55 first series had a completely different grill and cab and bed. The cab not only had a one-piece windshield but also a different interior. This truck is either a 52 or 53. The 47 through 49 did not have a wing glass in the door. 51 was the first year of the wing glass and last year of the old style turn down door handles. The lack of chrome means that it most likely is a 53.

1 have a 51 3600 5 window which is a long bed 7.5 ft to be exact the one in the picture is a shorter bed
