Omg I just made this recipe and it was SO GOOD!!! 100% will make it again. It was super easy too. I just had to adjust the heat and cooking time for my toaster oven, but otherwise I pretty much followed the recipe. I just used whatever bread I had on hand- which was wide pan whole wheat bread and it made 3 toasted sandwiches. I could potentially try to stretch it to 4 next time. I left the crust on cause otherwise I didn’t know what to do with the leftover crust and honestly I loved it with the crust since the crust got extra toasted so it was super crunchy. So good! Highly recommend this recipe.
Not new, these are called menbosha in South Korea, basically ground shrimp with a bit of finely chopped shrimp. Seasoned & form a ball between two pieces of small bread without crust & deep fry. Similar concept to Shrimp burgers
He is literally separating whites from the yolk like its nothing. I want the same confidence in life.
I absolutely love shrimp toast, I will bake or air fry from now on
Looks good! I'm not a fan of shrimp but this would probably be tasty even for me.
That shrimp slap looked personal
Omg this looks amazing! And surprisingly not that hard to make. That toasted/crunching sounds was so good too
I like the bake option!

You can fry the leftover egg yolk and then eat it with the leftover crust while you wait for the toast to cook.
You could make the crust into breadcrumbs. Just look up a video on how to do it!
I tried your recipe. It's extremely delicious!! Thanks ❤
Absolutely delicious 😋
Can totally try this
I *LOVE* SHRIMP

Baking is a great alternative to frying! I love that idea
I would leave the crusts on, because I can. Looks good and I bet it tastes good too.
Mouth watering!!! Never thought to bake it, or to add another piece of bread on top but, looks so delicious!!!

Bing bong shrimp toast
Why does this remind me of the dish BTS Jin made along with his chef friend? I think its called memboosha or something
Why do you have to remove the crust?
Probably to just give it a more uniformed browning.

Do you have to use the potato starch? Tia.
A substitute is cornstarch. Use the same measurement as using the potato starch.

Add a bit of sriracha and ketchup to the sauce. Adjust amount to your preferred taste. Thank me later 😉

Shrimp is pink when cooked. His was still grey. Cook the shrimp mixture in patties. Bread toasts in 2 min. Shrimp takes longer.
