My dad was in the 9th Air force. 455 bs 323bg b26 bombers. he flew 60 missions as a radio operator navigator and waist gunner. like myself he was glad they flew against pilots that were led by a fool and drug addict Goring because they my dads crew and group survived intact for the complete tour. including 2 missions against me 262s where the germans lost 2 of 4 planes from .50 cal fire. i have one nice luft pilots visor. its a nice addition to my collection for some 40 years.
Nice visor! I agree, Bill is a great guy. His son Patrick is just like him. Ive bought several medals from him and have sold him a few things. He always gives you one of those letters and guarantees his stuff which is nice.
Great cap. After one myself to go with unissued tunic unfortunately prices here are between $1800-2200. I've bought from Bill myself and he is a good guy. Unfortunately If I buy bigger items from US the UK government taxes me almost the price I paid in import duties
