@@21cup That's what I'm talking about, some of his other Matchday Menu episodes he doesn't even eat in the stadium it's all about what goes on in the city. Something like Porto with port wine, a francesinha, some fresh fish? Sounds bomb to me
I find this series really nice to watch! Adam is asks interesting questions and it is genuinely fun to watch him try the food. I do have a question however, was there any matchday menu food item you didn't like?
I didnt think i could love adam anymore than i do from his man v food days but him being here in my country trying our food has elevated him to superstar mode, thanks babe ❤
It's good to see that so many Americans are now starting to understand that British food is actually incredible, and that we have some of the best seafood and meat in the world.
Cracking new series Copa90! Adam is a fantastic presenter. His passion for and knowledge of both food and football is very refreshing. You're one of us now Adam 🇬🇧🤝🇺🇸
Adam, your killing me 😁 when I was training at west ham. I had the fish and chips and my favorite meat pies at the old Stadium on green street. Nothing even close in the states that I’ve seen. Hope you enjoyed it. Mouth is watering.
great video, it's always good to see such positivity in football. Celebrating the game, the food and the locality. A fantastic sport and a fantastic film. Great job Copa90
i always pick morecambe when i do my fifa RTG campaign. this season 2025-2026 and morecambes fearsome attack includes rashford, joao felix and mbappe. felix was brought in to replace the ageing griezmann (35yo) and has big shoes to fill because griezman has helped morecambe win the double and the treble (UCL, EPL x2, fa cup x2). Go the shrimps!
Proper food! I’ve got to say though there are some utterly evil football pies in England. The worse I had once was away at Villa Park and it was filled with brown slop with one huge piece of what I thought was meat.... it was a massive solid piece of gristle.
Fricking hell, me as a person that lived for a year in the North West, that is what you wanna try. Never been to Morecambe but I've got a reason why for now. 🥰🥰
Does it really matter though? Nothing wrong with saying "soccer" or "fries." I'm proud to be American and I have no shame in using those words. I don't shame the English for calling it football or chips, so why should you shame us for doing that? Double standards, dude.
@@donovandempsey-jones1702 not shaming you mate, just appreciate how he’s adapted to the area and he respects the culture. He wouldn’t of lasted a second if he’d walked up to the chippy and asked for a small fries to take to the soccer game ngl
The brits have some nice foods. I mean, a pie filled with meat sounds wonderful to me. For some reason growing up in Germany, I always been told their food would suck.
Germans have no right to criticise British foods. Only the Mediterranean countries are allowed to do this, they actually have the top cuisines in the world (France, Italy, Greece, Spain).
@@511dydy we really don't, we have the some of the best produce in the world, and the best lamb and pork and beef, we also have excellent sea food. unfortunately the perception that British food is poor comes from a bigoted perception that our working classes subsist of fried cheap food (which is somewhat the case)
It is incredibly bizzare and kind of heartwarming to see Adam Richman go from the amazing food of America to humble Fish & Chips and dodgy pie from a van.
Came in here fully expecting to continue the centuries-old Lancashire tradition of towns slagging each other's pies off, but fair play to Morecambe for actually making them on-site instead of ordering them in frozen.

Rotwurst at the Allianz Arena 👍
Scottish pies at rfc ibrox 🏴🔴⚪️🔵

2 quid hamburger outside Old Trafford pre-match

Took me a couple minutes like he reminds me of someone and its yanky Adam
Adam Richman in Morecambe. I've seen it all!
And why not good for Adam.
Just send him across the UK, then Portugal, then Spain, then France, just round out Europe.....these are excellent!

THIS IS LIKE MY FAVORITE SERIES NOW, FOOD AND FOOTBALL?!?
Crying imagining the tourists’ face turning up to Morecambe based on this video 😂
I rate Adam for being so optimistic about British food. We get slagged off by most Americans so his enthusiasm is pure sweet.
Shows he actually cares about food. Some people just like the status, image, accolades etc
The irony of being slagged off by Americans when their food is probably the worst in the developed world.
Adam Richman is earning brownie points for covering food AND football.
He's a Spurs fan......
The pies taste even better when you had a standard 10 pre-match pints! 🍻⚽
Soaks up the alcohol in your stomach beautifully!! I’ll take a steak and ale pie and a few pints over fine dining any day of the week
lewy It’s the simplest things that I find to be the best
@Stephen Lindsay and then have another pie after that!

Adam's North West English accent is way better than he thinks it is. The salt marsh lamb looks immense too.
Love it , Adam & Football in one show , Genius !!!!
Goddamn adam burnt his mouth at least three times having the pie and still reviewed it lol
Two of my favourite things on Earth are Man vs Food and English Football, this is like a gift from the heavens
Food really makes a matchday, grew up watching Bromley town and after 90mins standing in the cold we'd go to get fried chicken n chips nothing better
Fried chicken?...that's not footy food, pies sausages and fish yes, chicken no!
