I grew up being isolated around people at my church, and that really turned me away from God. But I'm so thankful that I still persisted with my faith, because then He led me to a community who truly loves Him and cares about me and my well-being. He truly is alive and in this world today!

I was raised catholic and I lost myself along the way. I lived in fear and falling into temptation. I finally had a wake up call this year and it’s bringing me back to God. I’m sorry it took this long. I’m sorry I turned my back on you. I am your son and I will praise you. I do not want to live in fear and I know the only way to do so is living by your word.
It is exactly like we a mourning , and we a mourning for Christ our only hope, that was amazing.

Biblical truth, church is not literally the building tho. It is the redeemed children of God!
By main branch I ment heaven. And jesus is the head of the church and we're His parishioners. Yes we're also children of God. We have many roles in His Holy church.

This is the way God works! By the way, one thing that doesn't help right now is I am not connected to a church at this time and am anxiously awaiting the end of September to begin RICA! I had been, what I called "a card carrying Protestant" for years. I have attended 2 masses so far and reading the Catechism (enjoyable but dense, like a rich desert). Thank you again.

Was a very good Easter for me , last night I went to mass with la poppa from Rome then today we went to mass with our pastor in Ada Ohio . Both on youtube but live and to go with the Pope and my pastor is not all that bad . My daughter n law and grandkids came over to day and ate with us my son is a EMT and on duty this week end so God is good : )
