Now that your hanging out with the Rockingham Group, your slot car knowledge will double and triple. Love seeing you build all the smaller home tracks, cause that is what most of us have, but the wood track is a whole different animal.

Hi Scott, you're not wrong, they're a great bunch who are really welcoming and have literally an encyclopedic knowledge on slot cars, it's fascinating and this year is going to be great......I will get below 10 sec's on the wooden track, I'm currently lapping 10.3! 👍🏻 Happy new year mate 😎

Pukka stuff. Loving the flying V track - fast but tricky. You sound like a proper racing commentator taking us through it. The GT GTE looks awesome but we need to see what else is in the box of racing goodies 👍🏻🌟

I really like this track! I might have to build this. Was the Ford running a magnet? Keep up the layouts, really good for small tracks and some of them I have never seen! I have so many cars to get race ready, need to start on those.

The secret of success is getting started, I found getting up an hour earlier or sleeping an hour later three times a week gives you a little wiggle room to get those cars race ready........we need them track side ledge, can't wait to see the progress 👌🏻😎

@@trackfanstv Currently have some parts in my pendle basket, looking at bearings, 3mm axle and wheels and tyres for the BTCC. Need to get some Saturday set up sessions on the go and see what lap times are like. Can't wait to try that v layout tomorrow!

Nice one Pete, Cracking video! Keep up the good work, How did you find the difference between Scalextric and NSR.... I also have an NSR Corvette C7 and a C6 totally different car's to each other, let alone the brand difference.
Be good to see what other Goddie's you've got inthe racing box.
I hope to get to the NSCC swap meet at MK in Febuary, finger's cross no lock down.

Cheers Mac, the Scalextric is good for plastic tracks like Scalextric, Ninco or Carrara whereas they aren't to hot on a wood track which is what we race on at Rockingham Slot Car Club. The reason for using the NSR or the....almost slipped up there 🤭, the other cars in the box is because they have more adjustable parts such as the front ride height, the engine plate thickness and on and on. I'll go into it more as I become more confident in the knowledge, it's still all shiny and new and I'd hate to show you guys something that's not quite accurate 👍🏻. Cheers for the nice comments bud, most appreciated and happy new year 🤘🏻😎

Great video. Have you converted any of your other brands to scalextric digital. If so was it successful and how did you do it?

Hi Mark, I haven't yet but it is on a long list of things to cover on screen to help people out. I'm learning as I go along so as I pick it up, I'll definitely share it bud 👍🏻😎
