If it's Boeing then I'm not going.
I Love It . I say it everytime i have to fly . Always have , always will. Go Boeing..
It’s a Saab. Boeing added its name when “partnering” to produce it domestically for the US military and the Global Market.
@alanbadilla7003 ??? Are you going to pass up your USAF pilot training slot & potential career in military aviation because of this contractor? 🤭 LOL 👎
@@exit1368 yes
🤣😂😆👍🏻
Those T-38s sure do look like like MiG 28s😂
You’ve got security clearance, you can read about it!
That’s closer 😆
There never was an official P-51 trainer, and the less than a dozen field modification aircraft, TP-51C, were not used after WW2.
The upgraded T-38 with advanced avionics and upgraded engines is the T-38C. The T-38A is the legacy version that has been around since the 60's.
Lol "digital design has sped up delivery process".... T-7 is years behind schedule....😂
The program itself has been delayed for many years, but the T-7 was developed very quickly. It's delayed by a few months only.
Recently, Boeing has been in a lot of trouble, including with the T-7A, because its production is really behind schedule. Besides, the T-7a is not supersonic. Its maximum speed is 0.97 sound speed.
I think BOEING will have learnt a lot from this collaboration. It may well also influence how they build the software for their commercial jets.
An armed version of this jet would be ideal for low budget airforces and a good competitor for KAI FA-50 block 20.
아음속기가 어떻게 FA50의 경쟁자가 된다는건지?
T7은 그냥 정찰기나 훈련기정도밖에 못씀
Interesting new plane. Sounds like a good addition.
Apart from the tail, looks a lot like the Hawk which the RAF has been using for years
U mean the jet at the beginning? That's because it is a Hawk!
Partly designed and made by SAAB, Sweden.
A perfect collaboration 👍🏻
Boeing + Saab… 😂😂
65% of the aircraft is SAAB. Produced in Indiana.
@@PK-il8xm Even worse… lol
Wooow! How much I love to get trained with this beautiful!
Super interesting aircraft! Thanks for the video and explanations. 😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤ 😎
Folland Gnat pilots: "Hold my beer..."
Great to see the heads up to the Red tails!
👍👍👍👍
That is a cute little jet
4:26 "the highly advanced digital design process..." as an engineer measures a part using dial calipers
The T-7 as a replacement for the F-16! 😂😂😂😂 Yea, right! The F-16 would wax that back side!
Jeeze...I'm sure the taxpayer got 'a real deal'.
This'll never replace anything but the talon trainer. It's extremely limited. Was designed to be cheap and easy to maintain. And the old days of the freedom fighters market are gone
Informative video
The fact that it is not yet operational 8 years after its first flight is an embarrassment. It took less than 4 years from first flight to operational for the F15.
I've read that in the short time of development of the F-15, 2.5 million man hours of work took place. That's insane but it was seen as a huge priority for the USAF at the time with the perceived threat of the Foxbat. I'm sure the amount of man hours allocated to a trainer will be a lot less than a mainstay strike fighter with the capability of the F-15. I do agree though, they are definitely taking their time.
hope the wheels don't fall off lol
Looks like it would be a joy to fly. Looks right. I have not read any comments below.
So cool to see the red tale airmen the T GUYS
Looking like Yugoslav G4 except two tail back !(?)
Make sure you give the pilot some duct tape and super glue to make sure parts don't fall off 😊😊😊
ejector seats. LOLOL.
@@jinkenz6459 it's a Boeing
Your not the smartest knife in the drawer obviously. @@omarjassar4650
They are finally putting the T38 out to pasture. It was one of the first jets I as a kid fell for. My dad took me to see the Thunderbirds and they were flying T38s.
I wonder how much one would cost you?
Saab had already built the plane. Boeing just licensed them.
確かに、小型でドローンを破壊する戦闘機って必要かも。
I think there's 4 arresting wires..and number 3 being consider the best to hit..
The P51 was never used as a basic trainer.
The Red-Hock? What ever it is called, it is truly beautiful.
They're still testing the T-7A when USAF could've flying their new trainer if they chose the T-50A.
Not necessarily. The holdup is the ejection seat 💺 for lighter pilots. I.E. women
@@craigjones2162 that problem has been fixed by KAI/Lockheed Martin decades ago. Female ROKAF fighter pilots uses their T-50 in LIFT.
This jet has the potential to be a light fighter in league with Saab Gripen, FA-50, JF17, Tejas. Exportable to countries that can’t afford F16.
excellent video as usually. thank you.
FA-50같은 쓰래기보단 확실히 디자인도 멋있고 성능도 좋아보임 가격도 저렴하고
legal! Mas acho que a fuselagem é inferior a do f22 e f35.
I totally understand the Military for investing in trainer aircraft’s with more and more advanced fighters going single seater having a two seater trainer aircraft will help tremendously with flight training of pilots
all trainers have always been 2 seaters, at least since WWI.
Make sure all bolts are tighten and no extra bolts on the ground. Lol.
I’d say something about Boeing, but I want to live!
Looks like a SAAB
The A-10 Thunderbolt II is a beautiful supersonic all-weather stealth fighter aircraft~♥
The A10 It is a subsonic ground attack aircraft.
Supersonic... LMAO 😅
Whoa! While I'm sure you're trolling, you're right that the Warthog is beautiful in its own right.
The TOP SPEED of the A-10 is 420 MPH. The transition between subsonic and supersonic is at 767 MPH (at sea level pressures)
So, you're a tad short of supersonic - by 347 MPH to be reasonably precise
Evidently, you've yet to hear about the latest stealth, supersonic Cessna.
U chikii that's new tactics to get attentions
At least the doors can't fall off!
They are trying to make sure the door don't fly off.only flying airbus from now on.i don't want to die
But it's a Boenig!!
Spellcheck? Last I heard it was "BOEING"
The United States Air Force was not established until 1947.
T-38… aka MiG-28 from Top Gun. 😂
It's a good trainer but not in the same league as the Aeralis Advanced Jet Trainer. Just you wait and see!
Jim bede would be proud of his bd10
Why not US make a WAR version of this for the Philippine Air Force. With features intended for Naval defense and naval interception. Large fuel tanks and can carry anti ship missiles. And electronic warfare system. It doesn't need to make dogfight or air to air battle as it will be the job of the US supplied SAM's, it just need enough speed to back away after delivering its ordnance and the SAMS will do it's job when the enemy catches up.
We need at least 120 Units of this jets to cover the entire WPS.
Keren sayapnya.
T-7 Red Hawk trainer developed by Boeing and Swedish Saab.
The P-51 Mustang was widely used as a trainer?? Where did that come from? There were rare two seat conversions during WW2 but never a fleet of TP-51s that i know of. Civilian owned P-51s have been converted to two seaters to provide flight experiences and to sell rides.
Makes me wonder what else the vid gets wrong
regarding the TP-51C two seat trainer, Found this exact quote on several websites:
“The TP-51C was a field modification that added a second seat with a full second set of controls and instrumentation that could be used for training purposes. There were at least 5 TP-51Cs that were built during WWII for training purposes, and VIP transport.”
@@jct1616 Yes, 5 TP-51s. But this vid gives the impression that the USAF used Mustangs widely as trainers until they were retired. The last Mustang in USAF service was an F-51D of the WVANG. Retired in 1957.
If the vid creators felt the need to review past trainers there were several piston engine trainers more appropriate to a discussion of training aircraft. The T-6 and T-28 for instance
Tom Cruz has one
Exactly right. The Mustangs were not used as trainers! 6:31
@@williamallmon3713 the video is 100% correct about Trainer Mustangs. TP-51 existed as fighter pilot trainers with controls in BOTH Front and Back passengers long after WWII until enough Jet Trainers were built in the 1960s.
Some confusion comes from regular mustangs center seat tank removed allowing room for a passenger, but with no flight controls. This is what Tom Cruise owns.
Toms mustang was built in 1946 as a P-51K modified to appear like WWII iconic p-51D but with center tank removed allowing for a passenger seat (no flight controls in back)
Found this quote with a bit of search
“After WWII, the USAAF consolidated much of its fighter aircraft. Most piston powered fighters served substantially reduced roles as more advanced jet powered aircraft emerged. The Mustang still proved useful serving in the Korean War and state-side in the Air Force Reserves and National Air Guard. TF-51D Mustangs (two-seat trainers) were used to train fighter pilots until the jet-trainers such as the T-33 Shooting Star were fully utilized.”
WHy do T7A need two stabilizer wings? it only has single engine, this only adds to weight
Artificial intelligence will soon replace these pilots.
Drones
I heard the canopy will just depart the airframe at a whim.
those were some choppy VR computers,, id never
Did I see Boeing? Oops, big problem.
What is the difference between an F5E and a T38 talon?
Leading edge and hardpoints if I remember correctly
A T-38 is a two-seat advanced flight training aircraft with a later added capability for weapons to drop practice bombs. An F-5E was a single-seat adaptation of the T-38 with internal guns, external fuel, and bomb capability. The USAF and USN used the F-5s in the 1970-90s as adversary air for combat training against other aircraft. There was a 2 seat fighter version, the F-5F for conversion fighter training, and a proposed F-5G. That was a single-engine fighter proposal for a low-cost alternative to the F-16, renamed as the F-20.
In fact it looks like an Alpha Jet of Dornier
Looks like the BD-10
Why does the gear look sooooo messed up?!
Boeing, when it absolutely, doesn't have to to get there on time....or at all.
Of all the air combat units through the years that contributed MUCH more than the "Tuskegee airmen" were "chosen" to be tributed with the red tail.they painted aircraft in that manner to indicate they were novice aviators to be avoided
T-7 Redhawk, it's been around for quite a while but production has been delayed. It is NOT new.
👍
that is what i miss in europ i woud cancelk al compbat helicoper programs for a high end groundatac as multirollelight jetcraft , ...
Boeing...oh great!
It’s a nice touch they painted some of the plane red …… be easier to find when they fall off mid flight.
🇵🇷PUR*EEUU🇺🇸I Prefer Tom Cat F-14...
Or maibe..F16 XL..??🙄👆nice one..
Boeing, lol. Wheels, doors, and whole aircraft falls automatically from the sky. Features asked for by shareholders.
T-7 is a major headache for USAF. Boeing has been doing wrong with this new aircraft. Production delayed twice already and this delay causes a lot of troubles within Air Force and Navy.
Boeing? So it crashes on its own?!
Boeing?! Oh no! Ruuunnn!!!
Where can I get one?
Oof... Boeing, aye?
Manufacturing is so advanced that this plane is still not operational after 8 years 😂😂 and it’s only a trainer what a joke 😂😂
T7 for 🇨🇦
Wow! Are main gear from F-16?
From f35. Mostly electronic systems.
@SkyhighStarlight The main gear is from the F-16!
@@Timbothruster-fh3cw Main gear you mean what? Like hydraulics, avionics or electronics?
Can you add a few more DEI comments into the video?
Add deez to your chin.
Replacing the F16's! Really? Where are the hard points for missiles and such?
🇺🇸😇🙏🕊️👍🦅💪
❤
Why don’t they just use the same jet trainer as the Navy and USMC?
This is F 20 right
And still Americans lost all wars they fought since ww2...
How come? 😂😂😂😂😂
How comic!
Just below supersonic speed…
Nor Boeing's,nor supersonic, nor US Air force.......
So is what I am hearing is Boeing can make great military aircraft, but cannot build a decent commercial airline passenger plane.
THAT IS M NEWYORK CLASS AIRCRAFT CARRIER.AND RULE AND ORDER.3.1.Cost.2.1.each.Billion.
Good for Boing, but if US Air Force tries Pampa III , this little piece of crap will be quickly forgotten.
