Good Video. What I'm looking for is science. Like knowledge from research.

What form of zinc do you recommend? I've taken zinc picolinate and zinc bisglycinate but I'm confused on what form to take since Dr ChrisMasterJohn did a video on why he doesn't recommend zinc picolinate literally stating that even though that form does increase serum zinc, the body can't utilize it by not separating the zinc from the picolinic acid and thus not entering the cell. Also I noticed that zinc picolinate isn't allowed in Australia and Germany, don't know why that is

I'd like to know what the copper/zinc ratio should look like in a blood test. Because I don't have the time to figure out how much is in my food.

It's better to have lower copper level and higher zinc..since high levels of copper are linked to cancer and Alzheimer..I do as suggested I take zinc supplement and seeds and nuts are plenty of copper

WTF? 20/1 plus or minus 10? No!!!!! Serum Copper and Zinc have almost the same reference range. Zinc 10-25 umol/L, Copper 10-30 umol/L. How the @#$% can you get a 10-1 ratio with that?

Zinc to copper ratio is usually changed by inflamation and not nutrition.

10:1 is the ratio of your intake, not your Blood Test
