Garbage, overheats constantly! Support will tell you to not use it in the heat! Then ghost you! 12v plug is so long, it causes a loose connection to the 12v cig plug, so it causes arcing and melts the plug! Fire hazard!

You need ice because this unit will overheat if you plan to use it normally! It overheats with your ac blasting!
