@@outofideas7 yeah, you’re right. I have NO idea why he didnt use it for me. If i were to guess, it’s probably because I didn’t do enough damage to bring it down to it’s health cap (which is brought down automatically by staggering) but that’s just my own guess, i’ll have to see later
@@outofideas7 i did the run again, and yeah he did the mass attacks despite only having 3 attack slots, so i have no idea why he didnt do them here, another thing is he didnt do his adjuctation mass attack during judgment bird phase either, NEITHER did he do his punishing bird phase's peace for all, so i'm about as clueless as you are

Doesn’t he usually do 2 mass attacks at the end? I don’t see any seal dice debuffs either is this a speed run exclusive tech or something
ive never seen him use the mass attacks in my experience with this build, if you want, you can chain him for more security before apoc bird phase
