I want to know what sort of Dubai-level internet you have to keep an entire choir in time over Zoom.
They probably didn't do it that way, but rather built it up piece by piece. E.g. One person records one part with the conductor. Then section leads record themselves to that recording, then everyone else records themselves with an edited-together version with the leads, then someone gets the fun job of editing everyone's recordings together.
LMAO
Facts homie 😂
@@randypittman279 that's exactly what they did, this definitely wasn't over zoom or anything
@@randypittman279 "fun" oh boy, yeah, lot's of fun
2:57 gives me goosebumps everytime, and trust me, I've watched this countless times.
interesting, I have the same thing
Got me 2. I see what you mean.
same!!!!
its 2:01 for me :)
wonderful - not enough views for that performance. Well done
I am gauging it's rising right now
You sir are absolutely correct about that right there NOT ENOUGH VIEWS AT ALL! TH-cam will recommend stupid before it recommends talent
5 Months on - It's still wonderful - tingly and wholesome. Damn i should have put more effort into that first comment.
3:16 You're welcome
@Anthony Lopez lol ok
and thank you
2:57 bro this is absolutely incredible!
Still moves me to tears. This was done 10 days after school had to close due to COVID. These students recorded individually from their homes and Ben put the piece together. It showed the strength and love shared by their community, which have carried them through the pandemic.
In tears, Never heard this song before. I miss being in a choir. Great job everyone
Its hide and seek by imogen heap 🧡
yes listen to the original, she is amazing!
Yeah, great song. I get tingly every, and I do mean every time I hear it. And I get teary too.

You’ve missed out- this song was all the meme material when it came out 😂
How the harmonies climb up and synchronize at 3:00 feels so unique and good
Made me cry. So beautiful.
As a former choir girl I LOVE this. Thank you for showing how creative one can be in times of crisis.
3:20 the only meant "well" the bass singer doing 3 notes was a great touch!
Absolutley stunning. The performance is incredible of course but THIS arrangement of THIS song is one of the all-times peaks of music. I don't even think I'm being hyperbolic.
Wow this is absolutely gorgeous. Girl in the blue tanktop KILLED that high note at 3:00
oh. my. stars.
What a stunning blend of voices.
Absolutely nailed the arrangement.
Shoutout to the person that had to edit this
I died in a lethal-force encounter this week, and indeed, this is the song the angels sing to welcome you to Aetherius.
RIP brother.
Things like this restore my faith in humans. We can be so beautiful.
I somehow managed to go my entire life without hearing this song. I just listened to the original recording a little while ago and accidentally stumbled on this video shortly thereafter.
This is such a complex song. It has a style that seems so incredibly unique in the world of pop music: jarring sequences of high and low tones, intricate changes in volume and tempo, and a highly unusual rhythm and vocal cadence. Because of its complexity, this song works very well as a choral piece, and this performance was absolutely breathtaking.
This is beautiful. I miss choir. I miss singing. I miss feeling alive through music.
relatable :(
@AliSand you know what's up my friend ❤
Listen to this one like 50 times, beautiful made, best one i found personally on the internet. u can be proud of yourself :) I really like the parts, like 0:47, when u hear the massive changes from only high frequency voices (girls, high pitched man) , to the full spectrum of the entire frequency's (deep man voice), u instantly hear how width it actually sounds at that part. Really opening to the,, kingdom'' :D! Good work!
Definitely the best on the internet! So good!!
@@azeTrom17 Thanks Rakan , same opinion as yours
I'd say the Fifth Street version is as good as this one.
2:15 i wish heaven`s gates opens with this sound
Speechless. 101% perfection!
The SECOND...you all opened your mouths, I was hooked. Absolutely beautiful!
I think the bottom left-hand corner guy is my fav for looking like the choir's DJ just itching to drop the beat for the EDM remix. Bottom right-hand corner guy deserves a special shoutout for perfectly embodying every Twitch gamer streamer ever. Much love and many prayers sent everyone's way, this was amazing 🙏❤
I heard a ton of Covid performances, but just found this now. I am almost glad I didn’t discover it a few years ago. It is a wave of heartbreak and melancholy looking back at what we had to endure. It would have brought me to my knees at the time.
Every single person that had a hand in the making of this video should be proud of themselves. I watch this video constantly and just weep. Well done
This should have way more views
2:58 oh myyyyyy goddddddd
Absolutely stunningly beautiful, powerful and... I just can't even put that part into words. Fantastic performance!
Where are we?
What the hell is going on?
The dust has only just begun to form
Crop circles in the carpet
Sinking, feeling
Spin me around again
And rub my eyes
This can't be happening
When busy streets
A mess with people
Would stop to hold their heads heavy
Hide and seek
Trains and sewing machines
All those years
They were here first
Oily marks appear on walls
Where pleasure moments hung before
The takeover
The sweeping insensitivity of this
Still life
Hide and seek
Trains and sewing machines
(You won't catch me around here)
Blood and tears
They were here first
Mm, what'd you say?
Mm, that you only meant well
Well of course you did
Mm, what'd you say?
Mm, that it's all for the best
Of course it is
Mm, what'd you say?
Mm, that it's just what we need
You decided this
Mm, what'd you say?
Mm, what did she say?
Ransom notes keep falling out your mouth
Mid-sweet talk, newspaper word cutouts
Speak no feeling, no, I don't believe you
You don't care a bit, you don't care a bit
Ransom notes keep falling out your mouth
Mid-sweet talk, newspaper word cutouts
Speak no feeling, no, I don't believe you
You don't care a bit, you don't care a bit
(You don't care a bit)
Oh, no, you don't care a bit
Oh, no, you don't care a bit
Uh-uh, you don't care a bit
You don't care a bit
You don't care a bit
Way better than some of the other... "choirs"... that have been putting their home videos on the internet.
I'm late to the show, but gracious, that was scrumptious.
i am officially obsessed
i really hope this gets the recognition it deserves! wonderfully done so mesmerizing
Better even than Imogen’s own Mahogany choir-backed performance. Top cover, hands down.
Imogen heap was flat throughtout her version and the choir was an average choir tbh 😞
Incredible performance! My congratulations and condolences to whoever edited this together.
Doesn't matter what we look like, nationality, age, size, gender....singing brings the world together. It is said that when we die, Song is what is in our minds as we drift away.
The Acapella versions of this song are amazing.
I am so lucky to have found this. It is absolutely perfect.
Beautiful. It’s not too precise which leaves room for the emotional rawness of the song. Well done!
This must have been quite a task to sync, nicely done.
Fabulous - best choir cover version I've heard so far.
Wonderful! I love seeing Heap perform this song but her dynamics are so exaggerated that bits get lost. It's so nice to hear these harmonies in full choral mode like this. Bravo!
''Cropped Circles In The Carpet ❤️ Sinking, Feeling''
Brilliant. one of the best versions
Great job as a collective we all may vibrate as one, AWESOME to hear guys.....
Мечтаю тоже побывать в таком хоре👏🏻❤️
Даааа
Where is that sumptuous bass sound coming from?? Shivers...
I will always be amazed of virtual choirs. Amazing voice👍
This song is so sad and putting in a choir just makes it ever sadder but so beautiful
This is so beautiful. Well done. I also love that you can tell one of these guys is a conductor because of his hand movements. I image it's impossible to keep your hands still when you know how to conduct! It's like dancing for the hands.
This can be a perfect cathedral piece
This is beautiful, everyone is amazing 😍 how has this not gotten more views??!
WoW that was absolutely brilliant, I loved it. Well done all of you
This is incredible.
Ummm wow. This is so good I have no words. The harmony, the unity, the breathtaking beauty... Even how the center frame changed to highlight a particular voice... Just WOW. Why so few views??? Should be way more!
Thank you!
I love this.
3:15 for the lazy
This needs to be seen by more people. Beautiful performance and a vision of a good version of the future. Great job all!
That was so stunningly beautiful that I - someone who is more often verbose and loquacious in his prose - am left utterly speechless. My God...
Still sends shivers down my spine ❤😊
Wow 3:15 made me tear up - beautifully done!
Wow i love it, kisses from Italy guys :)))) ❤😘
This seems to be gaining some more traction, so exciting! Found this months ago and I am still listening! 💜
3:24 EPIC!!!
This song is my prayer the last few days about Gaza 😢
By far my favorite acapella version of Hide and Seek.
GORGEOUS THIS DESERVES 10 MILLION VIEWS IM SO PROUD OF ALL OF YOU
As a huge imogean fan for years this is one of my favorite songs. Today I stumbled on her love performance and started hearing covers. Hands down this is the best most accurate to song version I’ve heard so far including her own performances. It’s beautiful
When people years from now look back on the pandemic and say nothing good came out of it. I will show them this video.
My schools choir got to perform this song once we got back from quarantine ❤ Beautiful rendition of it
There the goosebumps are. Like they never were ... incredible
I just found this today and I can't hold my tears back. Thank you so much for putting this out in the world!
The accent on the consonants in “sinking feeling” was genius
let's get this in front of more eyes. Beautiful
Fantastic. Fantastic. Fantastic.
That is just beautiful, amazing, wow. Well done guys! 👏
The "JURY" guy had a hard time not to burst into dance.
Stunning and moving!! Listened to this about 10 times in a row when I first heard it. This choir’s chords, dynamics, phrasing, lilt, emotion - all pristinely phenomenal. Could listen to you all day!
you put it better than I ever could. these guys have a true talent ❤
This song is about Imogen’s parents divorce when she was 12. The crop circles in the carpet was the impressions in the carpet from furniture being moved. Now go back and listen to the lyrics. Hits different.
When a student made cover is 10 times better than the original, you know you've done something special.
Wow!! How? I Love this song!
Ah this was lovely. Absolutely beautiful. The harmonies are EVERYTHING, I love them
STUNNING! I've made a few virtual choir and a cappella videos, too. If you ever do another one of these, I'd absolutely love to contribute.
This was fantastic!
that was sooooooooo clean
Mmm whatcha say make me goosebump everytime that i listen so good😊
Chills. This takes me back. Had this as track #7 on a mixed cd back in 2006.
this is amazing!!!! well done everyone, thank you for doing this.
Oh I love this so much!!
This was one of my favorite songs that I performed with the chamber choir at my community college.
lovely lovely lovely lovely.
wow. a 30 part harmony. done ONLINE! absolutely incredible

Fantastic job everyone! IT was very pleasurable to watch and listen to...
A Baritone :)
Imogen is amazing, she always be amazing artist that inspired a lot of people...

This is the best cover, by far! Great job :) Love it ♥
Lovely. One of my favorite songs.
A hidden gem! Congratulations on the moving performance!
