OMG YOU GUYS ARE BACK AND I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT WHAT Also, as someone who tinkers in smartphone repair as a hobby, I loveeee this. Repair should be universal and companies across the globe need to stop trying to make it as much of a pain as possible.
Excellent 👍. Have always said in my time in various retail roles, this should be rolled out to every community in the UK. One video definitely worth checking out is “The Art of Repair with The Hackney Artisans” narrated by Stewart Lee.
Wonderful concepts. With disposability, planned obsolescence, and obfuscation we've lost the art (and the market) of actually repairing things. Would be nice to start leaning back into it.
What a great idea, in so many ways! Community spirit, people with different skills coming together to help others out. Our towns need more like this.
This is such a cool idea, it's a practical way to do something about waste that actually helps people.
❤❤❤

Nice to see that a brand new video of an excellent channel came out 😁
This is so cute! A really nice little video, shining a really nice little light on this idea... I'd love to go to, or help out, at something like this
We desperately need repair cafes throughout the UK and the rest of the world
Very nice Londonist. Please do keep on making more videos. 😊
Lovely project. When is your next event and where and what time please. Will like to visit event?

There is one in East Ham also. It is next to the Sainsbury's and it is open every Tuesday giving free food, at 7pm.

That's a good idea.
lovely.
Great video, thanks for posting! I guess there are websites where people can find out more about it?
Is it just me, or was the audio levels very low in this? i had to turn my volume up a LOT (Compared to all the other videos)
Great solution to combat built in obsolescence and recycle resources.
Been awhile I’ve seen any new videos!
Videos are coming thick and fast now!
Two and a bit years, two and a bit months, what next?
Whoa there Champ!
Nice
Huh. Turns out that the detached building I have most of my tools in is a Repair Cafe...
Climate emergency 😂😂😂
Fantastic
