Keep pushing Jay. My foot also hurting lately. I think we can lean on our lifetime of miles during slow periods. Look forward to seeing you at Snowdrop. Good luck at the 24 hr race at PMotion
You have the right mindset Jay by keeping moving, you are still getting some good distance in with the walking and I’m positive the running will start to overtake the walking very soon 🏃♂️
Thanks, Jay, for this video. I moved back to California to care for my mom, and it has been difficult to find motivation ti run when I’m so tired. Your video encouraged me ti just keep moving even if it’s only for a bit. Thanks!
I am sorry to hear your Mom is having issues. Being a care giver is difficult and can be stressful. I have done quite a bit of it in the past 2 years with my parents. It is hard to have the energy and desire to get exercise for yourself (in my experience) For me, it was definitely helpful for stress to get in at least a little bit. I hope things get better and remember you are doing an important job. I will be thinking of you my friend, stay strong. BTW, just curious, what part of California are you in?
Thanks, Jay, for your encouragement! I will keep that in mind. I live in Southern California. In a small area called the Imperial Valley. San Diego is 1.5 hours to our west, Palm Springs is 1.5 hours north , Arizona is 1 hour to our east, and Mexico is 40 minutes south of us.
Good idea to keep moving and doing what you can. Definitely headed in the right direction. Keep it up 👍
Thank you, Mark! I hope all is going well for you.

Thank you, Richard!!! I hope to see you at TRE and Snowdrop.
Good to hear that you're getting back into the swing of things after a down period! Keep going Jay!
Thank you, Chloe!!

Hey Jay, it's been a minute. Sorry about your foot. I feel your pain. At our age, these niggles tend to come out more often. Keep moving.
Thank you, Michael!!!
