Looks a good route, but I’m surprised so many bomber nut placements were overlooked in favour of cam placements. I’d sooner trust my life to a good wire than a slightly iffy cam
I've grown too comfortable with cams, they just feel more convenient somehow. I used to feel the same way but I also used to not be able to place a cam to save my life 😀 now it's the other way around, it's as if I don't even see the nut placements anymore unless I have too, haha.
@@KubaClimbsRocks I hear what you're saying. But sometimes the wires are just better if placed right on a serious whip. I've had a close call before and was saved by non other than a big blue nut. My friend who taken the lead after me even said "wow how did that hold!?" Cams are convenient and quick. But a nut will stop you decking out.
Thanks for posting your videos, I find them inspiring. Did a crack climbing course earlier this year on the embankment was awesome 😀 ps how do you find the totems in the Peak District? Just expanding my rack with a Blue DMM Dragonfly, but keep coming across Totems., am tempted to try them out. Thanks
Thanks man, glad to provide some inspiration for you! Embankments are awesome, no doubt! :D Totems work like a charm on every rock type I've encountered so far, definitely recommend them!

Exhausted just watching that!
Thanks man, I finally had a chance to get on some actual trad for a change!😃
Can anybody place a wire these days. Everyone just seems to cram in cam after cam. It's like the art of placing wires is being lost.
I've heard there were some people like that, haven't met any recently though.
