Wow, what a lot of snow! It's so pretty, like nature sleeping under a snow blanket, waiting for spring to wake her up. And those ice patterns on the glass are stunning. I haven't seen anything like it in a long time. This brings back memories from my childhood.
Where I'm from, people used to wash their carpets in the snow outside, but I've never seen anyone wash clothes that way. Still, I can imagine it's a great way to do it when the snow is still fresh and clean.
I've never tried cloudberries, but I think they look a bit like raspberries. I'm not sure how they taste, though.
I really enjoyed your video, which felt like a winter fairy tale. Thank you! 😊❤

Thank you so much for your lovely comment! 😊 I love how you described the snow - it really does feel like nature’s blanket, waiting for spring. And those ice patterns are such a magical touch, aren’t they? ❄️ My parents still wash their carpets in the snow for Christmas! I can't do it for my own rugs because I live in Helsinki and the snow is usually brown😂
As for cloudberries, they do look a bit like raspberries, but their flavor is quite unique - a little tart and sweet at the same time. Definitely worth trying if you get the chance! 🍇
I’m so happy you enjoyed the video! It makes me smile to think of it as a winter fairy tale. 🌨️❤️ Thank you for watching, and for sharing your thoughts with me!

Lots of snow but nice and warm inside. The foods look amazing! The pies I've never seen before. Here we have cloudberries in Alaska and New Hampshire. Hope to try these fascinating & delicious foods sometime.
    Happy Sunday!

Thanks so much for your comment! 😊 I'm so glad you liked the look of the food! The pies are a bit of a hidden gem, mainly eaten in Finland though. I hope you get a chance to try them someday! It’s cool to hear that cloudberries grow in Alaska and New Hampshire too - they really are a special treat. 🍇❄️
Happy Sunday to you as well! Wishing you lots of cozy moments and delicious food! 🌟

    I absolutely love your videos!
No cloudberries where I live in Canada, but I think they grow across the country in the province of Newfoundland. The soup looks yummy!
I am so curious as to what is in the pies? Is it a savoury pie (since you put the egg butter on top)?
No one here washes in the snow, though we often have enough of it LOL. It did remind me of when my grandmother came to visit from Germany one winter when I was a kid - she washed fuzzy pillows and rugs in the snow.
Please tell me what is in the pies… I must know 😂

I'm so glad you enjoyed the video, thank you! 😊 Yes, the pies are savory and have a rye crust with a rice/milk/egg filling (or sometimes a potato filling). I've only ever made them once at school, so I can't give you a more detailed recipe unfortunately. They're very common in Finland, but I haven’t seen them much elsewhere. I don't think many people wash in the snow these days, but for some reason, I really love it!❤️ Thanks again for watching! 🙏

Hello from Greece. Love the snow so much, probably because in my country is rare to see. But you said Cloudberry ? Is this a recipe ? or is it a fruit? I never heard anything like that before. A sweet soup? These are all so strange but so interesting. You have a new friend from afar. Stay connected with respect, your new friend Lemonia.

Hello Lemonia! 🌟 Thank you so much for your kind message, all the way from Greece! 😊 I’m really glad you enjoyed the snow. It’s amazing how something like that can feel so special when it’s rare in some places. We have SOO much of it! 😂
Yes, Cloudberry is actually a berry, not a recipe! It's a small, golden fruit that grows in colder climates, and it’s often used in jams, desserts, or eaten fresh. I can understand if you’ve never heard of it, as it’s not common everywhere!
I’m so happy to have you as a new friend from afar, and I’m looking forward to staying connected. Sending warm thoughts your way! Thank you again and take care, Lemonia! ✨
