Hi! I just randomly watched this video because I liked the name of your channel, and chose this particular one to watch because the title of it sounded intriguing 🤔. Well, there are no accidents… your story about your Grandma’s passing, and then the realization that the cross stitch pieces came from your mom, just gave me chills, and caused a very emotional reaction for me. You see, I noticed the date of the video, November 2019. I lost my husband very unexpectedly two days before Thanksgiving in 2019. Your story touched my heart so much ♥️! Firstly, I am deeply sorry for your losses, and also, I am so very thankful that you shared those beautiful stories with us. Your knitting 🧶 is very precious, and I’m very proud of you for doing that! It makes me smile! I had paused the video to write all this, so, please pardon my long-winded comment. Now I will finish watching the rest of it, and I look forward to exploring more of your channel. Thank you! 🙏🙂

I'm wanting to learn to knit so that I can do it while riding in the RV. It is too bumpy for cross stitch. Suzy Reno talked about using flosstube to learn and showed a couple small projects. Maybe this year. Love your projects! Especially the birdhouse with the added trees!

You are so talented with your finishes. Oh my, the Santa birdhouse finish is ingenious and amazing. You should enter it in the fair. And putting two Santa's on one little pillow...just the cutest.

Your hair does look so good! I love everything you stitch. I feel like we have the same taste in patterns. I have the PS woodland Santa pattern and it’s one of my favorite Prairie Schoolers. One day I’ll stitch them. Lol. You alway do the cutest finishes too. ~ I am so so sorry about your grandmother. I think it is wonderful that you have two pieces of your mom’s stitching now. What a wonderful treasure!! Where ever you hang them, you should frame a picture of your mom and grandmother to go beside them. ❤️ xoxo PS. I love how our ‘Christmas is coming’ pieces are going to look so different but are the same pattern. I think I changed 50% of the colors... still planning to stitch santa in red but I haven’t gotten to him yet. I put it down for a little while. I’ll pick it back up next week and stitch a little more on him. Love you
