More like attempting insurance fraud! It’s all too common and usually that’s what they’re trying to do is make a claim on commercial truck companies. That’s why all trucks if they don’t should have forward facing cameras to capture these instances. I remember getting brake-checked on the interstate, got me down to 20MPH even. So I signaled & switched lanes...as did he. Signaled & switched again, as did he. Signaled & switched again, as did he. Now, you may ask WHY I would signal my intent like this. The answer is simple: I wanted him more focused on his rearview mirror and less on traffic in front of him (like the semi we were coming up on who was at a near-stop due to traffic), and for him to get used to the idea that if I signaled my lane change then I would try to go around him in that lane. On the fourth signal/change he jerked into the next lane over before I had gone over the dashed white lines...and barely avoided plowing into that semi, while I switched into the opposite lane that just happened to have an exit 500-feet away, which I took. The bloody psycho, once he realized that his dumb-ass had been outsmarted by someone using first-grader logic, then attempted to drive up the grassy knoll separating the exit from the freeway to get back in front of me. Grass he got stuck on. Last I saw he was pounding his fist onto his steering wheel. As stated - psycho.

In Russia truckers on the same road constantly TALK to each other through radio, so if you mess with one trucker, you mess with EVERY trucker. Also, they often block the roadside, risking their trucks and cargo to prevent smartasses to pass everyone in the "line" (idk the exect word for line in this context))))
About 25+ years ago I (female) was driving on Interstate 40 in California heading East. I had my two very young children in my vehicle. This guy in a van kept following my speed… very fast, super super slow and I could not shake him driving in the middle of the desert. I jumped on my cb radio and hollered out my situation with the other driver. Way up ahead two truckers answered they asked for my vehicle description and the other driver vehicle description. The truck drivers told me to speed up past them and as I did the two truckers pulled this same scenario on the van behind me. I will always be forever grateful to them coming to my rescue ❤️

Yeah and something you never want to do because unless the truck has a dash cam no one can confirm how far you where when they were brake checked them and also either way your getting in trouble if police get involved
Exactly. If someone is tailgating me and there’s no way for me to move over or speed up (such as a car in front of me that I don’t want to tailgate) I tap my brakes just light enough for the lights to come on a few times. If that doesn’t work I tap the brakes so the light comes on and then drop a gear or two to engine brake. That usually gets the message across. Slow enough deceleration so as to not be a brake check, added with the engine all of a sudden getting REAL loud brings most people back to reality without any real danger.
@Rhaspun I swear some people just don't care. Or are so caught up in their own world they imagine if they do get hit, it's the other persons fault. Entitlement on the road is out of control in this day and age. I'm just trying to get safely to my destination without getting any tickets, that's all I care about. 😅
Also their brakes don't work like the brakes on a car. You could slam the brake pedal to the floor and it's still going to do nothing for about a second and then come on gradually.
Those are hazard lights, not brake checking. Since the video starts there we have no evidence the car driver did anything wrong but we do see the truckers violate the law.
People are so stupid. My dad used to be a lorry driver and, what people need to appreciate is, due to the size and weight of a lorry/truck, it takes longer for them to stop than a car. If you brake check a truck, you're literally putting your life on the line.
I mean event aside, who is dumb enough to break check a truck? They all have cams on them for the companeys insurance proving that the car is in the wrong, and if the truck dose hit the car, the car gets worse off damage. It's just stupid.

Truckers are the best!!! I was driving 309 at 1am in the morning in my little 78 Honda and a pickup truck kept speeding up getting in front of me trying to either run me off the road or trying to get me to stop. As a young female driving alone I was scared. But just then a trucker, who saw what was going on, came to my rescue! He got up on the pickup driver and started blaring his horn. The pickup driver took off and the trucker stayed with me from Maryland all the way to Virginia, where I got off the highway. The trucker slowed almost to a stop, beeped, gave me the thumbs up, I returned the thumbs up and finished my journey!! He was amazing! There was no social media back then, 1990, but I sure wish I could find that trucker and thank him!!
Hopefully you aren’t one of the 95% of truckers that spend their time driving while staring at their phone oblivious to the rest of the people on the road.
My Dad is a long haul trucker so I have nothing but respect for these men. Truckers all keep in touch via CB radio and when you mess with one, best believe more will show up to help.
Truckers are also really good at helping law enforcement by blocking in cars that were in a pursuit or helping save bridge jumpers trying to end their lives. The second I've actually seen in a news story.
always wondered how they stayed in touch than i saw my dad messing with a cb radio in his room than he told me how it works and how truckers use it like damn now i want one 😂
I used to drive long distances for work, like multiple states long distance. A man was playing games driving past me, making faces, cutting me off and brake checking. The drivers saw it, got on the CB and told me to drive on while they boxed him in. Never had a problem with professional drivers.😊

This isn't just road rage. In the 90s in Russia, trucks were often stopped and robbed on highways. Since then, truck drivers have reacted extremely negatively to forced stop attempts.

Thanks 🚚
I've only had one encounter with truckers. When I was a kid my family was moving to a different state. My Dad was driving and encountered some truckers. No clue how it started but him and the truckers started playing a game. The truckers would block my Dad in and he'd escape. It went on until we had to turn off the highway. They honked at him and he honked back. Mind you this was at like midnight so I only woke up like halk way through the "game" cause my Mom had excitedly pointed out an "exit" 😂
Back in the day my father was a truck driver. My mother was driving and when we got home she was freaked out saying truckers were blocking her. He looked at her and asked "did you keep passing them then slow down when you passed them" I'll never forget that look on her face and he said that's what they do. So from a young age I learned what to do and not do around trucks. It's common sense.
People shouldn't drive like that no matter who is around them, semi-trucks or regular vehicles. Passing someone, then slowing down is one of the most annoying, frustrating, retarded things a driver can do!!!

I was a trucker for 2 years and I never had this happen to me, but I had the cars pull in front of me just to take an exit that was about 10 feet away. This was so very satisfying to watch! ❤
Yep, or they'll speed up to get in front of me, get in my lane only to then slow down. If they weren't going to maintain their speed, then they should have stayed behind me.
I had a friend who had a team driver. His co-driver was pulling off the freeway when suddenly another trucker dived in at the last second to catch the rest stop exit. My friend was in the sleeper and his co-driver had no choice but to slam on the brakes. My friend did a superman through the windshield and ended on top of the engine. He some serious burns on about 1/2 his body and a lot of broken bones. He went through rehab for almost 18 months. He won a huge lawsuit. He wanted to start his own trucking company. I told him that's foolish. You can leave yourself exposed to lawsuits if one of your drivers gets into an accident like how it happened with him. I told him to go back to being an architect. He went to college for that and he has more than enough money to let his career grow without worrying about paying for bills until he starts earning enough as an architect.
Is there a who drives on the road if you do it safely and not be an asshole to everybody this kind of scenario wouldn't have happened people need to stop being assholes and fuck off and just drive to the destination without having the cause and accident
I have done my own educating of young women who mess with me, like flipping me off after THEY cut me off in traffic. I follow them WHEREVER they go and make them very uncomfortable. I just stay behind them and smile at them, but stay on their tail as they try to lose me in traffic. I have watched them on their phone calling the police, or friend, or MaMa. I have gotten out of my car at a red light and knocked on their window and told them they should be careful who they antagonize as they never know what kind of crazy they are going to encounter. My family has told me that it works both ways and that I might not know what kind of crazy I might encounter as well, but I feel I choose those I wish to educate carefully. If something happens to me, I will accept my fate. My intention is never to harm them, but make them very uncomfortable with their choices so hopefully they will smarten up and not mess with people.

Brake checking a semi is probably the stupidest idea I’ve ever heard of
What a Jerk 😂😂
Yeah and something you never want to do because unless the truck has a dash cam no one can confirm how far you where when they were brake checked them and also either way your getting in trouble if police get involved
Can't fix stupid
It is a way to try falsely file an insurance claim. Good thing dashcams are becoming more common.
Why is called a semi?
What kind of fool brake checks anyone? Let alone a truck 30 times your weight thats capable of driving right over you wirhout interrupting their day?
Physics is obviously lost on most people.
With a great deal of respect, brake checking has nothing to do with logic or calculations.
Almost all 4 wheelers don't know how easily a truck or a trailer can crush a car, pickup or SUV.
@Rhaspun I swear some people just don't care. Or are so caught up in their own world they imagine if they do get hit, it's the other persons fault. NEVER BRAKE- CHECK ANYONE!!! I WOULD VOTE TO HAVE YOUR LICENSE BANNED FOR A MONTH.
Never brake check, but also...NO tailgating, either!!!
YAY for the truckers!!! 👍
Exactly, if you are 5-10 mph under speed limit clearly on the phone and when I go to pass then you speed up and ride my ass, I will ruin your day, in hopes you think twice next time you decide to be a total #ss. Not you , anyone..
Not only for month, for eternety.
Only a month? It should be years or decades. Absolutely no reason to break check anyone.
and no trucks in the left lane. they should lose their commercial license for a month.
😮 I'd like to thank all the truckers in our beautiful country, they're driving in rush traffic, and while the United States sleeps or even taking many risks in any hard weather to bring us food, clothing, mail, etc and they take breaks sleeping in their semi's leaving their families for us sleeping uncomfortable for us.
Thanks 🚚
They are unsung heroes these guys work😊
that's a Russian highway
@idontknow12354neither do slow drivers in cars in the fast lane ..
Consequences
Reactions to actions
Things happen for a reason
When you are out driving
Don’t give people reasons to react to your actions
@@kayakchrispythere is no such thing as “a fast lane”
All lanes are bound to the same speed limit
How so many lack common sense
Especially when driving
And she was innocently doing that too but people get so defensive and mean so quickly when driving.
I just stay far away as possible from other drivers
@@lilkittygirl I’m sure I meant passing lane … he used it as a stopping lane
The literal definition of "fk around and find out" LoL
Gawd, I SO love happy endings like this, LoL 🤣 🤣 🤣
Those are hazard lights, not brake checking. Since the video starts there we have no evidence the car driver did anything wrong but we do see the truckers violate the law.
A happy ending nonetheless!😂
@@NopiusMaximus agreed, LoL 🤣
Best break check video ever! Instant lesson learned for life!
BEAUTIFULLY sorted !!!👏👏👏
Every brake checkers need this type of lesson.
Sure brake checking a semi is stupid but if you are riding somebody's ass then you deserve the brake check.
@@thomasverhy8126but trucker need Time to move their truck because its too large and he could hit his Friends truck
@@BlalaBla-m7ealso if you sudden break a truck you might get crushed by the cargo
Thats Russia. You had better be scared for your life if you entrap someone in the US. Your life is in their hands, jackass
Yep about time
Thanks for the red circle and the ding noise, was really confused where the car was!
Lol 😅😂
Lol 😅😂
😂😂😂😂😂
You probably shouldn’t mess with a man that’s tired, Hungry, and has probably not got paid in a long time.
Beating comes from heaven. It prevents you from making the mistake a second time 😂
I was a trucker for 2 years and I never had this happen to me, but I had the cars pull in front of me just to take an exit that was about 10 feet away.
No matter where you are, never mess with the truckers!
especially russians😂
To late I did it several times and when they get out they get slapped so what goes around comes around
Is there a who drives on the road if you do it safely and not be an asshole to everybody this kind of scenario wouldn't have happened people need to stop being assholes and fuck off and just drive to the destination without having the cause and accident
I did not think someone was stupid enough to mess with a vehicle that could reduce a grown bull into minced meat
Americans wouldn't do that. Americans are babies ,who call cowards in costumes.
BRAVO for the truck drivers for sticking together. Unity 👍
BRAVO for supporting a assault are you
I have done my own educating of young women who mess with me, like flipping me off after THEY cut me off in traffic.
Go on about your day. If someone is DETERMINED to get ahead of you, or won’t get off your bumper, get out of their way and let them go. Don’t become a TikTok celebrity.
Pfft
They just exchanged a brake check for a reality check
Right 🤣
bar for bar(almost) lol
it wasn't insurance information. lol
Lmao 😅😅😅😅 good one!
