Hey, what do you know? My old high school football coach was right. He would always tell the guys to take a very cold bath before your date night so you would be calm and rested for the game the next day.

    I COLD PLUNGE EVERY DAY.
    Today the water was 38°.
I sometimes just stand in the pool for a few minutes & sometimes I dive under and swim.
I'm very careful to avoid HYPOTHERMIA.
Depending on the length of stay I may recover in a HOT TUB of water!
Sometimes that HOT WATER is NECESSARY to avoid HYPOTHERMIA.
I started at 70 years old.
It definitely helped my physical strength.
I also use a swim technique that's a combination of a double arm crawl & dolphin kick.
    #1 exercise, ever!
    75 & kicking!

My sons, my wife, and I all got into an ice bath tonight. A lot of yelling and bickering but it's 💯 percent worth it!

I really love how cold water therapy has taken off in the West. In Asia it's the norm, glad to see the Europeans gradually catch up.
