Bergkamp is for me the best player that Arsenal ever had. I'd give anything just to see this guy playing again...
Henry is my all time favourite, but no.1 has got to be Bergkamp. He was the catalyst that spurred Arsenal onto the level we are now on. We hadn't won the league in ages, and he still came. Played for over a decade, and retired an Arsenal player. As much as i love Henry - he was a top striker who played in a top team - Bergkamp was a proper Arsenal man.

For me Dennis is better than Henry , he could improve all other 10 players on the pitch and to have retired at arsenal and didn't want to play for anyone else he's a bigger legend than Henry at arsenal

Absolutely! Bergkamp was head and shoulder above Henry. No disrespect to Henry but that's how good Dennis was. He changed Arseanl along with EPL! Every good player played with Dennis became great player! He was just that good. He improved the team in every respect. He was the perfect footballer, making everything simple, always doing the right thing at the right moment. He also had everyone's respect! The older players stopped their drinking out of their respect to Dennis. Of course there was also the ban from Wenger. Dennis helped up coming stars too. Unlike Henry, always bitching the rest isn't good enough to play with him. Best Arsenal player in EPL. One of the best footballer ever in the history of football.

I agree. I don't think anyone is downplaying Henry's status as an arsenal legend but bergkamp was more complete. If one of them were to be taken out of a starting 11, It would be much more of a set back if it was bergkamp

Sanchez is more Arsenal than Ozil will ever be. Ozil is a great player but Sanchez has done more and never settles, Arsenal needs more players like Sanchez.
Thierry Henry was, is and always will be my idol as a footballer. He inspired fans young and old. He will never be able to be replaced nor will he ever be able to be forgotten.
I wouldn't say Bergkamp is our best player of all time. But what I would say is, he was the most IMPORTANT player in our history. He pretty much had the ability back then to lay the foundation of the beautiful football we played during our glory years.

This guy is the greatest Arsenal player of all time because, with all good things I have to say about Bergkamp and Henry... Tony was 100% Arsenal. He was raised in the club's youth system, and he retired at the club. He was always here, unlike almost any other player on this list.

I would put Van persie anyday ahead of Ozil for our top ten players...even though he left us...he was one of the best strikers weve ever had...even fabregas is a honourable mention

Van Persie was, admittedly, incredible, but only for one season or so. He had countless seasons of being an injured nobody.

Dennis Bergkamp is the best player in Arsenal history. I know a lot of people will say Henry but it has to be the iceman. He's like Mesut Ozil but with an eye for goal. He was like Johan cruyff. He is the best CF/second striker of all time.
Kevin Nuamah i agree but i would kinda say cruyff for what he won and what he's done as a manager and player. And it's not like cruyff wasnt a leader, if tactics weren't working he would even go to plan b and developed tiki taka with ajax and barca. But i do kinda agree on bergkamp

It’s painful to see how a legend like Ray Parlour is missed out in these lists. He was known as the Romford Pele and devoted 12 years to the club. Robbie has also missed out Nigel Winterburn, Lee Dixon, David O’healy and Martin Keown along with Tony Adams to be one of Arsenal’s most famous defensive lineups.
Id put keown in there along with adams and dixon. As a unit they were amazing. Also overmars was immense too.

***** I would argue that Muller is much more efficient and useful to hv than Ozil. Ask any managers in the world, they would take Muller over Ozil in a heartbeat. The fact is, Muller is a better all rounder ... may not be as silky as Ozil, but more determined, better goal instinct and knows how to win.

I agree with this list mostly, maybe would of put Sanchez instead of Özil. If there were honourable mentions I would put Kanu, Lungberg, Campbell, Fabregas, Rocastle and Overmars.
