The truth is that karnataka police dint even listen or respected the karnataka forest Dept officials or rangers..they act on their own thinking they will kill veerapan..over confidence with their own power..and disrespected the advices from the officers of forest Dept..refused help from the forest rangers...the forest depts of both TN and ka did their best to capture veerapan..but all their efforts were spoiled by the police Dept..in the end ..they learnt a big lesson by losing so many young policemen..so many good cops died because of their ego.
