@@unyimesolomon9351 You can use honey and sugar but I am not sure if honey alone would work. Sugar is what hardens it. But you can give it a try.

How long can we store it?

It is good for about 1 - 2 weeks or more. It doesn't really go bad but the problem is that the taste might begin to change after a while and if not stored properly, it will lose its crunchiness. You can try to refrigerate it if you want it to last longer.
