also the fact that if a replacement is ever needed a different modelling style might not fit in with the rest of the game
can you do a tutorial on volumetric lighting and what tweaks you made to the lighting instance, it looks really good after tweaking the lighting properties
the problem with that is there's no concrete steps
when it comes to the light settings.. i always just do something different

i complied a bunch of scripts i found in the toolbox
so like i searched stuff like
FOV changer
Walkspeed changer
etc

Quick question, however, how do you get the camera to animate during gameplay? The game and character movement feels much smoother and helps to compliment the realism of the build. We had a glimpse of it at the end of the video when you were testing studio.

literally look up "smooth camera" and its gonna be there
honestly its not bad to use the vtuber model in tutorials you just have to find creative ways to insert it in.
like it wouldnt make sense to have it on majority of the time because the goal is to show/teach the viewer something and you dont wanna take their attention away from that but
using it in a gag is perfectly fine and could make it better by showing some more personality since for those few seconds the focus wouldnt be the building or learning but would be you and whatever joke youre making

I didn't mind the v tuber 😂I think you just had it for too long, if you look at other examples you for example don't have it most of the time on screen but like in long talks or in sections you are not doing anything you put the v tuber on the screen.

Use an imagelabel thats in a surfacegui instead of a decal
in the surfacegui properties, turn down the LightInfluence and there should be a brightness slider
and just drag the brightness however high u want
