Thank you! I thought this might help someone, as I use it all the time, and before I figured out the ALT key shortcut, I was having a hard time making the extended frame fit the gap.
What happens if "Chris" is full screen rather than in the corner, how do you jump from one screen to the other without disrupting the audio and Chris talking visually? Thanks

If a track is clipped accidentally, can the clipped bit be restored? (If you notice sometime afterwards)
Yes, you should be able to cut it at the split and expand it to reveal what was removed.
