I own a paint your own pottery studio and I just picked up two large vase molds from the 80’s. When I got back to the studio with them my manager said “why’d you get those?!” And I said “Jocelyn says it’s coming back and I’m gonna be ready!”. I’m not gonna fight it 😂 I love your videos, especially when you find old hobbiest pieces of ceramics. They bring back so many great memories of working in an old ceramic shop when I was in high school.
That's awesome!! I have great memories of growing up in my parent's ceramic shop in the 70's & 80's!! I love seeing the hobbyist pieces too!! I can usually tell the company they're from.
I really like that leaf design bowl/vase I don't think people truly realize the '80's are now about 40 years ago. The masks with the hair and fur are so cool looking! That pitcher at the end had such nice lines to it!
The ghost was not disconnected. It had a "try me" button in the store to see what it looks like illuminated that you detach before using. Great finds today. Glad you're back at GW!😊
Wow! That was a productive "break video"! I really loved all the finds...such a nice variety! The spun glass angel is sooooo beautiful And certainly worth rescuing. Thanks for a fun video Jocelyn! 💕
That spun glass angel was gorgeous- wow not broken.. that's a true goodwill miracle! lol ...and that cat figure was also super unique and a great find , glad you got it!
The M.Pinney signed and hand painted bird on wood piece… I am not sure if that particular bird would sell well but I sold an owl design M. Pinney for $58 and purchased for $1.99 ❤ Awesome, fun and relaxing video! Thank you!
I wish my goodwill was as good as yours. There were objects i would of picked up especially vintage Angels since i collect them. Love your videos. Have a great day.
Love the sneaker. When I was in highschool, a lonnnnng time ago, I dated a guy who told me that I was as cute as a pair of red high top sneakers. You can bet that I went out and bought myself a pair.
If you put a few grains of rice in the salt shaker that seems to grow salt crystals the rice should fix the problem. Good luck. Let me know if it works for you.
I thought for glass/crystal vessels to have a stopper, the inside of the neck and the stopper had to be ground glass/crystal in order to make a seal. Did that tall glass vessel have a ground interior of the neck?
It was nice to bump into you on your GW run this week. I was dying to know what was in your cart! 😂 Now I can't wait to see your sold video for this lot. Cheers!
The first thing you picked up made of leaves, I think you're thinking of Steve de Perrot pottery but I don't think that's by him, I have never seen that form and he uses certain colors.
Those ‘80s’ prints were awesome. I buy a lot of prints, if the frame is bad I just remove them, sometimes I just sell the print. With those it would be hard to find replacement frames.
The white round glass thing - my mother has something similar. Hers was called a "pansy ring," and is meant to be a vase/container for small flowers like pansies. It looks so pretty filled with bright colors!
Definitely don't fight the 80s! It crept in a little with boho girls, post-modernist 80s is already gaining ground with the designer vintage set. I honestly feel 1980s is going to be the new mid-century modern. I just went through a huge 80s 'thing', now I'm moving into Edwardian.
It was fun to see the old Beameister bottles at 16:15. Guess they're not worth much but they were everywhere in the 70s with candles sticking out of the top.
It's a pansy ring. It's a "vase" for small short stemmed delicate flowers like pansies, violets, or miniature roses and baby's breath. Usually you would have a taller vase or candelabra in the center.
Great video my friend!! Love all your videos!! Your a sweet person!! You have. Great beautiful family!! Love watching you go to the thrift stores!! Much love!! 🥰❤️💙💖🌺🌹💕🙏🦋🦋🦋
The glass angel is fragile I have 3. 1 large and 2 mini's The wing broke on one and the halo broke on the other but they are still pretty. I love the cats too. You found some really neat stuff. Watched from Pekin, IL
Jocelyn, That maybe Fenton near May be a kitten.? Thought I saw whiskers but couldn’t see if ears were rounded or pointy. Great trip! TY for sharing. XOXO

😂😂😂 I LOVE IT!!!

The bronze pitcher you put in the laundry basket is a piece of Red Wing dinnerware
8:42 MR stands for Martial Redon Limoges. There is no "France" below it, so it should be older (around 1900). Great find. 👍
I really like that leaf design bowl/vase
I don't think people truly realize the '80's are now about 40 years ago.
The masks with the hair and fur are so cool looking!
That pitcher at the end had such nice lines to it!
I’m shocked when I refer to something as ‘a few years ago’ and realise I’m referring to 2003 😂
so glad you are back at Goodwill, it is so much more of a treasure hunt than the antique booths
I always say that too
I agree with you both. I skip the antique mall videos. I only watch the sold of those.
I too wore Converse playing girl's basket ball in the 70's! Lakota High School..."The Raiders." Oh the memories!!
The "wild glass sculpture" is an Italian horn, it brings good luck, wealth and happiness, and protects you from the evil eye. 😉
The ghost was not disconnected. It had a "try me" button in the store to see what it looks like illuminated that you detach before using. Great finds today. Glad you're back at GW!😊
Y'all are so brave doing this job. So much to know, lug, hold onto, risk. But if you're good, you can have a good life!
I sold one of those lady flower pots for $70- Definitely should’ve grabbed that! Brainbird Pottery Planter
Agreed, modern but worth $$
I was thinking the same! Totally woulda grabbed it
That’s a German hand blown textured jar. It says it’s supposed to feel like tree bark.I have the mcm ice container with that same design
Wow! That was a productive "break video"! I really loved all the finds...such a nice variety! The spun glass angel is sooooo beautiful And certainly worth rescuing. Thanks for a fun video Jocelyn! 💕
The spun glass angel is Silvestri. Made in Italy. Probably the 1990’s. 😊
I have seen that too, I thought it was hot glue😊, with a glass head😊
That spun glass angel was gorgeous- wow not broken.. that's a true goodwill miracle! lol ...and that cat figure was also super unique and a great find , glad you got it!

Awesome find!!
@@sherparham thank you! ♥️
‘I wish it had a stopper’ is the story of my life.
It could be a stunning vase for just a few long stems, like alstromeria.
I liked the silver picture you picked up last. Also like the glass angel. Thanks for sharing!
1980's are an up and coming thing. Right on point!!!
Thanks for introducing me to shard boxes. They are cool!
Same!! I didn't know that was a thing!! Very cool!!
This video did make for a nice break. Lots of good, unique finds there! I think they will do well. 👍🏼Thank you!
I wish my goodwill was as good as yours. There were objects i would of picked up especially vintage Angels since i collect them. Love your videos. Have a great day.
If I didn't like it in the 80's, I'm not going to like it now!
Yep. They were ugly in the eighties and they're still ugly now. Those awful gold frames ...
Love the sneaker. When I was in highschool, a lonnnnng time ago, I dated a guy who told me that I was as cute as a pair of red high top sneakers. You can bet that I went out and bought myself a pair.
10:18 Anything with Scottish Thistles sells since no many things have them on it. I'd have picked that up.
You got lots of beautiful things and quirky things today! Fun video to watch.
Hi Jocelyn❤️ YAY I love your Goodwill videos, just like the old days when you did them all the time. My favorite🤩XOXO
I was at a local church thrift/ vintage store and all I kept saying “ would Jocelyn buy this lol “. Man I wish I could bring her shopping with me. Lol
Same lol
If you put a few grains of rice in the salt shaker that seems to grow salt crystals the rice should fix the problem. Good luck. Let me know if it works for you.
I thought for glass/crystal vessels to have a stopper, the inside of the neck and the stopper had to be ground glass/crystal in order to make a seal. Did that tall glass vessel have a ground interior of the neck?
Loved that huge clear glass cookie jar? Those masks were wonderful too.
My mom says the SAME things about converse sneakers! Those were her basketball shoes 👟
Omg,those cats, they are fantastic! And the vase with the flowers is beautiful!😍
Good finds and video. Shopping at the Goodwills are my favorite ones.
80 picture would have had a third picture to go in the center, to connect the branches together.
I think the milk glass circle is a Pansy Ring
You can always find corks for the vase. Walmart has them, (fishing Dept) or Hobby Lobby and/or wine corks!
It was nice to bump into you on your GW run this week. I was dying to know what was in your cart! 😂 Now I can't wait to see your sold video for this lot. Cheers!

What a great Goodwill haul! Seems like a lot of interesting pieces! You have such a good eye for quality. I hope you make a decent profit!
That brown lady vase, I have 2 of those and 1 has broken, if you go back to get it I'll buy it please and thank you 😊
Love your videos. Do you ever check the stuff in bags anymore? Artwork or purses?
Hello! Have a fabulous week everyone!!!!!!!
The bud vase next to the one you looked at appears to be Ainsley China.
Back at Goodwill. Great items today!! ( and every trip actually) loved the angel and cookie jar
I LOVEEE 80S EVERYTHING...My ERA....
YAY the thrift store videos are my favorite!🎉
Mine too!!
@sherparham I get disappointed if she posts anything else lol 😆
Absolutely love the Springfield videos!
What a great haul. You got some very nice items and a couple of verrrry interesting ones too. Love and hugs to all.
Good pics. Yes I enjoyed video J. Eager to see the sold video.
The CLL is back at Goodwill so lets follow along as she finds a great deal!!🧡🧡🧡🧡
fyi, the wood on your converse sneaker bookend is broken. It's super cute though.
Love your shopping videos, have learned so much watching, keep them coming!
I think you liked the Italian apple slice image because it looks like an owls face!!! A Barn Owl. LOL
Department 56 is my favorite
The Fenton Teddy bear, is a Princess House, Teddy Bear, like the other pieces, that you picked up.
That thin bottle was my favourite item in your cart, 😉
The clear glass decanter with the great texture is a MCM West German DBGM decanter. Too bad it had some damage.
Those ‘80s’ prints were awesome. I buy a lot of prints, if the frame is bad I just remove them, sometimes I just sell the print. With those it would be hard to find replacement frames.
I think the ring is for posies
The white round glass thing - my mother has something similar. Hers was called a "pansy ring," and is meant to be a vase/container for small flowers like pansies. It looks so pretty filled with bright colors!
Used alot in Hawaii as well (for lei flowers like plumeria and puakinikini)
Thank you. I was wondering.
Yes! I have a Goebel pansy ring I bought for $.79. I thought it was part of something else, until I googled.
Agreed I have one by Sylvac
I like those circles of angels and even tho that face planter was modern I love it
Definitely don't fight the 80s! It crept in a little with boho girls, post-modernist 80s is already gaining ground with the designer vintage set. I honestly feel 1980s is going to be the new mid-century modern. I just went through a huge 80s 'thing', now I'm moving into Edwardian.
You're shopping in an area where there is a large India community. So you'll find a lot of pieces from India
You bought stoppers at a festival, a blue stopper would have been awesome in that glass.
I was thinking the same thing!
It would have been too top heavy and fallen over.
Your goodwill videos are my favorite! Love your hair color btw!
Could the light weight clear glass vase be made of borosilicate?
The cats are great! Love the huge glass cookie jar.
It was fun to see the old Beameister bottles at 16:15. Guess they're not worth much but they were everywhere in the 70s with candles sticking out of the top.
Anyone know what the white round item is? Ive never seen anything like that before. Just wondering what it's used for.
It's a pansy ring. It's a "vase" for small short stemmed delicate flowers like pansies, violets, or miniature roses and baby's breath. Usually you would have a taller vase or candelabra in the center.
What did you call the mark on the bottom of the cookie jar
I love your thrift store videos the best !! 😊
I love the Goodwill videos but, yea! 🎉 more Springfield!!
I love your new hair color!!
I love the spoon glass angel
@around 10:58 when you sat down the made in India tin it looks like you walked past a Nambe candle holder
I have hung many things with bread ties😂😂😂
I have the Department 56 Halloween accessories and they are very cute in a display.
The red converse book end would be so cool in a boy's room.
Or a girl who loves basketball 🏀
I can’t go shopping due to my huge dead pile!!!so i came and watch your videos to calm my anxiety down you make me feel its me the one shopping 💀💀💀😂😂😂
I thought you had extra stoppers.
Great video my friend!! Love all your videos!! Your a sweet person!! You have. Great beautiful family!! Love watching you go to the thrift stores!! Much love!! 🥰❤️💙💖🌺🌹💕🙏🦋🦋🦋
Love this video
Lots of fun things today
At the beginning there was a rabbit trinket dish. I believe it to be bone china but of course the price sticker was covering the back stamp.
I remember when they used to sell converse shoes at Payless shoe store LOL
I loved the mask. They could be real cool wall decorations.
Right in front of the red tennis shoe !!!
Why did that Italian tile remind me of a crosseyed owl?
You found some awesome pieces.
You could save those cat pieces for another cat train. Viewers would love those. 🐱
Those masks are awesome! Great find!
What is the milk glass item?
The "swirly" "curly" weird glass thing is an Italian Horn- said to be blessed with good luck. Used to ward off the evil eye.
I was just about to post the same thing about that glass piece! Its called a cornicello.
XOXO
I love the cats!!!
Great haul? Those masks were fantastic!
Love your hair hue!
Good shopping trip…
Oh how I wish there had been a stopper for that clear, thin glass bottle.
Dept 56 Halloween is expensive and hard to get!
did you happen to pick up that horse on the nest in yellow ?
Well that was quite the trip! Lot of good stuff today
You are the only one that makes goodwill shopping interesting .❤
You are right!! I could watch these all the time!!
