And yes, I’ve been sending my emails to the one you said in This video, I keep getting an automated replies with “helpful amswers” and it states in the automated email to reply back if I need additional assistance yet no one is contacting me back about this. I’m having other issues too with setting up the payment plans and none of my questions are being answered at all.
I’ve been sending you guys emails because I switch to the pro plan and was charged twice and I’m not getting any answers. Is sad I’m posting this here but hopefully I can get some answers to this. I don’t think it’s fair I was charged twice and I have the proof also. Please check your emails.
thank you for saying this. I have sent them 2 support tickets in the last 24 hours....and nothing! No responses whatsoever, I was looking at joining the pro plan but if that is the state of their customer service I'll stick with my current setup.
@@mysticalsouls I actually like beacons I find it user friendly, but their support system is just not it. They do not get back to you fast enough, I got a reply back yesterday.
@@mysticalsouls and also I did get a vertificatiob finally, I wasn’t charged twice. They really do need to get better with the way they communicate with customers though.
