@@AirshowStuffVideos That would explain the hour long gap between each stop. I know it takes us an hour in the TBM from the Chicagoland area to Ypsilanti, or Chicagoland to Indianapolis. This is a great compilation from today! Thank you for your reply.

Thrilling to see. Gives me chills every time. Plus I always get tears in my eyes. Makes me feel so proud of them and it does represent pride in America. Bravo to the young men flying these planes. 🇺🇸❤️

Thanks so much for posting. I wondered what it would look like flying over cities like this. Specially my home town of Indianapolis. I was also wondering about refueling, Thanks to this video I got my answer.
The tanker is bonus footage. Tanker was probably between Chicago and Indianapolis. Low altitude flyovers and even mid level transit about an hour of fuel is all the Blues get with a safe landing fuel. The fleet version of this aircraft would have three external fuel tanks but Blue Angels are slick wing.
Man I thought I saw them fly over western ny state late May 12 morning with a larger plane, but they were flying straight west. Like between Rochester and buffalo.
@@MrBen527 MrBen527 is correct. It's not steam, it's smoke. Reliable sources have told me the product injected is identical to the liquid concrete professionals use for mold release on large concrete pour projects. I'm not a professional concrete installer but I have worked on several big concrete installations. The product is totally organic and requires no special Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or environmental precautions. It's oily and a bit stinky but harmless to flora and fauna. When the Blues get a Hornet from the fleet one of the modifications they do is install a tank, pump, pipe and controls for the smoke system. As MrBen527 stated the outlet of the pipe is aft of the port side engine exhaust nozzle (aka: turkey feathers).
The fly over(s) as a salute to the front line workers is a great idea. That said the timing stinks! The crowds that turn out to see them really ruck up the social distancing thing and the cost per hour for them to fly is HUGE! Should have waited until the country is reopened
The Thunderbirds are currently out West. If the Air and Water Show is still a GO, later in the Summer, the Thunderbirds will be the headlining performers.
America strong ?!? Who the hell are you guys trying to kid. I don't care if you blame trump or not, America is on its fucking knees right now. No longer the superpower of the world but the sick cousin that sits in the corner and nobody goes near. RIP a once amazing country.

Did the refueling take place between Chicago, and Indianapolis? Or, Indianapolis, and Pensacola?
@@Bluenose352 Not sure about this clip, I believe they refueled in between each stop. The tankers pretty much escorted them all day

Amazing Footage!!! I'm still not sure how you have Cockpit Footage, Footage from the Water & the Views are Soo Low. Especially with 128k Subscribers.
How much did that cost which we dont have?
It doesn't matter. It's necessary to keep the sheeple happy.
Super cool! The Blue Angels were flying over my sweet home Chicago? Sorry but that is bada__.
What are the Thunderbirds up to? Do you have any videos of them over cities in the last few weeks other than New York.
1:25 Jet-wash taker. lol. Rearguard guy. lol. Flight detail. lol.
What causes the "steam" to exit the aircraft?
Its smoke oil. Its injected into the exhaust stream just aft of the nozzle.

It doesn't cost you a penny, since you don't have a job.
