Be confident brother. I used to be nervous all time during presentations. I thought my heart was going to pour out but now I am just in peace. Thank you.

"Projecting company earnings with previous year's data" is actually one of the problems we're facing right now as a society.
E.g. Environmental degradation decreases the potential of future profits.
E.g. 2: Even more significantly in the short term, rising interest rates make businesses with lots of debt less profitable.
Projecting from past data without critically thinking about the assumptions being made is a MASSIVE problem right now. We need people who can question ALL assumptions.
I think it's cool that this young guy wants to embrace critical thinking, but he needs to go even further. I think he has the right mindset to get there though. Critical thinking also promotes long term growth and learning.

This is important stuff! Education needs to change! I feel sorry for teachers who are already stressed out by paperwork etc. But teachers need to fight for these changes to the way schools are run! And NO guns in school! That is a horrible idea!
