Foolish seemed way more serious then the usual way he acts , usually he just acts foolish (no pun intented) and kind of acts like what he hears is not interesting but right now i kinda see that hes taking the federation subject kind of seriously now that hes realizing the federation is not a good thing after all.
Foolish is definitely aware that he's being manipulated somehow, but he's still following this path to find Mr. Mustard. I like the slight hints he gives of misunderstanding morality. I'd like to think he asked if helping Cellbit when he sided with the Feds was wrong due to all the times he has been threatened and interrogated since the Pac and Mike arrest. He sees how people are treating him compared to how he acted with Cellbit and is potentially questiong whether their actions are right.
